I took a break from playing and then went through the casinos to see who was helping out because of the no cardpay situation. I checked Raging Bull Casino, with whom I've had a very good relationship, and lo and behold, FREE wire transfers! FREE! (Yes, the bank takes their cut but Raging Bull does not). So I played with a bonus and failed to notice that it had a max withdrawal. I completed the playthrough and had over $750 in my account so I kept playing til I got it down to that, which was kind of fun - I just played whatever I wanted and had fun. I requested a withdrawal, had to send in my documents and waited a couple of days before asking if they were satisfied with my documents and asked just out of curiosity how long til my withdrawal was processed. I was told it was still pending and it would be soon. It was in the next half hour. I don't think it was because I asked, I just think it came up in the queue. It was processed yesterday. The money was in my bank account TODAY. You could have knocked me over with a feather. I am shocked. The customer service is top notch. You get an answer right away. They are kind and friendly.

I just wanted to let them, and you, know that I appreciated this great service in a time that it is very difficult for us in the US to play.

Thank you so much!

K.K. promotes them and if you check his page for U.S. players, he is very upfront about making sure you check WD options and terms before depositing. I am very impressed with that. In fact, if I ever add another casino to my list, it will be RB and i will do it through his site so he can get my dough :p

Again, though I've mentioned it elsewhere, nice going K.K.

Raging Bull, Sunset Slots, Grand Fortune?

Just wondering because something is in my head about Grand Fortune and Sunset Slots, and they are/were owned by the same group who owns Raging Bull Casino.

Casinos owned by Merus (UK) Ltd; Grand Fortune Casino, Kings Chance Casino, Malibu Club Casino, Raging Bull Casino, and Sunset Slots Casino. 5 gambling sites owned by Merus (UK) Ltd.

Anyone remember any information on this group?

How awesome. Basically they put you under the ether so you don't realize your getting ripped off with the "max withdrawal". Gimme a break, RTG + max withdrawal = Insane.

Nobody forces you to play with a bonus. Raging Bull is very upfront about the max withdrawal, as each bonus offer they have clearly states '' 10x Max cashout '' or '' 20x Max cashout ''. Additionally Jason has stated on these forums that random jackpots are exempt from the max withdrawal rule, so it is not as insane as you'd think. If you hit a random jackpot you can withdraw the whole sum the jackpot was, as well as the 20X cashout for example.

Yes it is obvious when you deposit but I was new to Raging Bull so I didn't really know. That's good to know about the random jackpot though.

That's why I went hunting information before I try them out (depositing) - couldn't find them on the accredited list, nor on the 'baptism by fire' list.

Be great if one of the Meister guys could let us know anything they know about the group. ;) I can trust the info these guys share.

Why isn't this group in the accredited list? Or are they and I'm blind?
No, they've never been accredited.
I know for sure they would like to be, but Bryan's a very busy guy and it's hard for operators to grab his attention sometimes. :(

I can review them but as for now they do not qualify for Accreditation: Casinos that are accepting US bets are disqualified unless they are licensed in the US. Those casinos will be listed at Casinomeister.US.

It's here under additional requirements:

I'm confused.

Slotocash Group
JC group
CWG
Reelspin/Slotter

All listed in accredited list. Are they indeed accredited?

Thank you. I understand and its a good policy you have in place with the laws such as they are. But with the other casinos on board here that accept US players, would they be reviewed for those players who are not US players? If so, I'd really like to know what CasinoMeister has to say about this group.

Thanks

Maybe that is why I have not noticed their Rep post in here for a long time? His presence in here made me have Raging Bull down as a casino to join when I fancied somewhere new.

No, he have just been so busy. He'll come if you have any issue so I think you're safe playing there anyway.

KK,

I saw on your site no max withdrawal bonuses fo this group? Is this so? Is this just for intros or all bonuses if go though your site?

These are special Welcome Bonuses which I negotiated, and are only for people signing up via my websites.
(Lower WR than their standard offers too!)

I'm not sure about follow-on bonuses - I will ask that question!

Dunno about that. Seems to be really hard to get a hold of Jason. I've sent him an email ages ago, to which I never got a reply. Sent him a PM few days ago - no reply, though he's visited the forum.

Well, he's in again right now because of the other issue that popped up, so I hope he replies to you too.

I hate when reps don't respond so I fully understand. Some want to solve the issue before they reply but it won't take more than a minute to tell they will look in to it first and then come back later. I guess some are swamped with members asking for free chips too, which they shouldn't do of course.

Yeah mine relates to GF and a freechip they offered .. I managed to win off it, but because I've not deposited there I can't withdraw. Their minimum deposit is $30 and I don't want to deposit that much without knowing whether I can get the money or not, because I've unknowingly broke one of their rules. (My account currency is in USD; but the rules state you must play in currency of your country). But usually that rule is enforced so that USD players don't play with Euro or Euro players don't play with GBP to get '' more '' so I figured best thing would be to ask Jason. Sure I could ask live chat but generally speaking they'd probably shut me off without a second thought because well, broke T&C.

I didn't know they even had euro since most RTG's only have usd:) Are you sure?

He could have told you to send a mail to support because that's my advice anyway. Most people claim they have great support so maybe you should try it anyway.
I talk too much. I don't play at their casinos. I just read what others are saying. Don't miss out on the money. That would be stupid:thumbsup:

Yeah apparently they do have Euro at least, not sure about GBP. The rule is there. I don't know if the client has an option for € when registering, but when I looked up GF and went to their site and subsequently downloaded the client, it downloaded '' Grand Fortune USD '' automatically - didn't give me an option to choose. Surely the site would able to tell I'm from EU? But later I realized there is also '' Grand Fortune Euro '' client, and that my USD account does not work on the Euro account.

I'm not going to lose out on the money, unless they explicitly tell me I will because technically I broke the rules, but I don't want to deposit that $30 if I wont be able to withdraw my winnings. I've played at RB before and withdrew winnings from bonuses and I play with USD there too but still .. I just had hoped Jason would give me some peace of mind because after all - if he did do so and I ran into problems later I'd have something to fall back to - his word.

That email I sent to Jason ages ago was not related to this, but just a freechip. Minor annoyance I admit, but annoying nevertheless. When Raging Bull opened it's forums, it promised a freechip for all of it's users that would be sent by email after registering. I never got mine, and despite few contact attempts directly to Jason - nothing. I haven't contacted live chat about this because meh, it's just a free chip, and I doubt the chat would know anything about a code Jason may have promised.

I'll see for couple days and if nothing I guess I'll end up contacting support then .. But generally speaking my live chat experiences have been so bad - especially when it comes to MG and RTG casinos that I'd rather not use them but instead talk to someone who actually knows what they're talking about, such as Jason.
