I have to give a shout out to Mary CS agent at Roxy Palace. Shortly after 1:30pm today I was checking on the status of my withdrawal from Friday's winnings at Roxy Palace. I saw that the funds were back in my account. I went straight to live chat and spoke with Mary who told me my account needs to be verified since they moved their license to Gibraltar.

I explained that I have been with Roxy Palace for years and am a long time player at 32 Red. She checked my details with the payment team and told me all they needed was verification for my Neteller account and Id docs sent. I emailed right away and she approved them on the spot. She assured me that this would not delay my withdrawal and I will be paid today.

I just want to give a big thank you to Mary at Roxy Palace who exemplifies what a great CS agent is. I just received the payment to my Neteller account. So thank you Roxy Palace and and an extra special thank you to Mary. You are awesome:notworthy
