Every so often I receive an email from them asking me to come back. Each time they add a bit more money to my balance.

Got this email today:

"We haven't seen you in a while and miss you! You currently have 155.04 credits in your account and you are welcome to come back!"

..............Wonder if they will get into the thousands one day :what: They are persistent if nothing else.

New casino policy:

Why don't you play with the free money?

I can't speak for cleveland, but I assume it's because it's a TopGame casino, and that the money they give out usually are considered as only funmoney anyway. Besides, it's not such a good place.

Rome casino use to do the same to me. Added a $5 to my account rather often and sent me a mail about it.
I don't know if I have closed my account there yet, but no emails for a long time now.

Pretty much what Tirilej said. I would be surprised if I could cash out anything since its Top Game. Although I have thought about just killing time with the money but I'm afraid that bit of play would suck me into wanting to deposit and...well it's top game :(

Well I haven't had any dealings with them myself, but another CM member (Diane I think) really rates this casino, so it might be worth you having a go and see what happens...?

I guess its still better than the casinos that keeps on emailing you telling you about the 2 cent balance you have in your account, and how you may win millions with it though :)

This is a few of their rules. It's normal rules for TopGame casinos and even if one player seems to think they are okey, I believe most of us don't agree. I havn't looked at Slotocash three new TopGame casinos to see what their rules are, but I hope they are okey.

So in Diamond VIP's T&C's:

33.Players are allowed to withdraw up to $1,500 USD per request (all other currencies pegged to USD). If the amount wished to be withdrawn is greater than $1,500, then the remaining funds are left in the account. Once the first withdrawal is approved, a player can request an addition withdrawal with the money in his account. Player has the right to cancel the withdrawal request at any time while it is still pending. This also applies to the withdrawals of progressive jackpots.
34.Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. The approval time may take fifteen - eighteen (15 - 18) working days starting the date authorization process was completed successfully. Processing a withdrawal request needs authorization from our fraud division as well. This is done to protect our members from possible fraudulent activities ensuring you and not somebody else receives the funds.
35.All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/AUS or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session (all other currencies pegged to USD). Once a withdrawal is requested, the casino applies the 10X rule and corrects the withdrawal to accurately reflect the 10X rule. The remaining funds are deemed "Non-Withdrawable" and are cleared from the player's balance. Deposit bonuses used during a play session that results in a pending withdrawal request, are also "Non-Withdrawable" and can be deducted from that particular pending withdrawal.
