how do you get paid so quick i have used 32red for years and when i flush all it does is stop you from doing a reversal i still have to wait the pending period and it does not hit my bank for 3 to 4 days.

Wow, lucky you hit that win on the LOTR now, as I hear they may be taking this slot game offline. Not sure what the details are but it looks like it wont be around for much longer in the online format.

You are actually not waiting for the 'pending period'. The funds are processed the same day or next day and the wait lies with your bank / Credit Card.

Don`t you just love `em, I had a problem yesterday loading Soccer Safari (free spin promotion from Saturday`s cup final), anyhow, as I invariably do, I tried all the basic may cure/won`t cure remedies, including a thorough un-install/re-install of 32Red (to which my PC responded by stating WTF are you un-installing 32Red for?). Whilst I was going through the motions of all this I thought it best to contact CS, just in case this was an ongoing problem, but no, it wasn`t.

Long story short, in the end it finally loaded and I thought no more of it, later last night I was checking my emails to see if I could beat my all time spam record from casino rewards etc when I noticed an email from 32Red support, to my complete surprise Steve had put a real cash comp in my account for me, I really wasn`t expecting this, and tbh yet another great reminder why these guys really are second to none, which got me to thinking how the second to none pecking order works for the other three casinos in their group?.

Golden Lounge - second to one but never third, Dash - Okay i`m third to two, but beating Nedplay, Nedplay - I like being fourth to three, no honestly, I really do ;).

@Seventh 777 You were telling me about a comp that you turned into 7.5k in the NordicBEN thread, sorry, I'll reply here because my response was in relation to 32Red.

Great stuff and I'm glad the money was for a good cause. I also turned a $350 Comp one day into 15k at 32Red... Yes I cashed out :)

I've got to thank Pat and team for always being generous and patient with me.

I was about £1500 up and started playing level up poker at £4 a go was roughly down about £500 and just about to withdraw when I hit a natural RF on x8 for £6400 (my avatar) ;).

The most awesome part about that has got to be:

You did not have a max withdrawal attached to the comp

You did not have to resubmit documents

You did not have to notarise and send your documents to the Philippines

You did not get accused of Bonus Abuse...

Well, I could go on, but the message is Clear... LOL - I'm sorry for derailing the OP's thread, but I think my derail is relevant and a gesture of thanks to 32Red.

All of the above are what makes 32Red what it is today, and very relevant to the thread imho ;).

P.S.

My son loved his working course, okay it would sadden me for him to be so far away, but, winning that cash just prior to this opportunity for him to go on that course, now that`s destiny in it`s purest form my friend ;).

You guys are really great too!

It's so nice hearing people saying thank you instead of all the complaints everywhere.
So thank you for that:notworthy

Look ... In all fairness, I do spend a lot of money online. If a Casino deserves credit like Nordic or 32Red, I WILL be first in line to start a thread and say WELL DONE.

On the other hand, if they offer poor service / programs / comps / delays or are roguish in their behavior, I will make my feelings known. The Casinos that afford the best treatment deserve the business they get. They work for it and look after players to ensure we return Win or lose.

Others just see us as an ATM, giving out money but receiving nothing in return.

There are great Casinos out there and I like drawing attention to them because I want my fellow players to experience THE BEST and not some second class wanna be treatment afforded by 90% of the outifts.
