Terms and Conditions I dont understand.

That is only a part of the terms and conditions, but what exactly does that mean. Any idea?

Looks to me like you have to wager the deposit once to qualify for the bonus.

Its not that because it gives me the bonus if i lose atleast 95% of my deposit or wager it trough 10x.

I think it means: "Lets confuse the player with a load of gobbledygook so he has no idea at all if he's met the WR, then when he tries to withdraw we will come up with an interpretation of that rule which means we get to keep all his deposit, bonus and winnings!"
