As members may be aware our games were recently taken down one by one due to a server upgrade. We already touched on this topic in a different thread. We did warn players of this procedure via the scrolling message in our lobby.
Unfortunately this coincided with the recent Tempting Tuesday promotion. Last Tuesday a number of games were taken down for a given period. In particular the Real Series Slots were not available for some time.
This unavailability obviously affected users who claimed the slots coupon that we had on offer. Should any Casinomeister members have claimed this coupon and were unable to play the Real Series Slots or did not manage to cash out playing the regular slots please can the do as follows:
Send an email to support@inetbet.com with the following header:

Please include your Casinomeister name and Casino username in the body of the text
We will then refund your associated deposit back to your account.
Once again please accept our apologies for the recent downtime. The server upgrade is now complete and no more interruptions are expected.
