Technical Issues at Grande Vegas Casino?

Before I start this thread I just want to say that I'm certainly not ready to PAB to talk to the Grande rep here, I'm just curious if any of you are having the same issues...

I withdrew from Grande Vegas Casino 8 days ago and throughout the time I felt that there was a bit of a runaround but I knew they are reliable so I just figured that it would take longer than the 72 hours. But there was always just another thing to verify or to authorize - which again is fine, as I know they are rather strict on their cashout policy.

But yesterday on day 7 I believe, I got an email from them (without me emailing) saying that they had "technical issues" and that they didn't know when it would be taken care of. Fine, I was a little upset but generally I can handle something like that. But today I just emailed them to find out the update on the technical issues and rather than email me they had a rep call me and ask me how I was enjoying the casino. Strange to me, but as I told him the situation he apologized but couldn't give me a time frame at all. He had known about my withdrawal so I think he was just calling to make nice, which I appreciated.

But he did mention that this is happening to several people and I guess I'm just trying to gauge if this was the truth... so has anyone else had problems withdrawing in the past week? Are you getting the same "technical issues" reason for no withdrawal or have you had no problem at all? I can't figure out if it is the size of my withdrawal ($2K) or whether they really are just having issues. They won't tell me what the issues are so I'm curious to know if anyone else has heard anything.

Webzcas was kind enough to refer me to this thread. I do apologise for the wait. At Grande Vegas we do always strive for fast payouts, unfortunately due to the technical issues with UseMywallet we did experience slow payouts. We could only be patient and wait for things to get sorted out, unfortunately leaving the UseMywallet players with withdrawals waiting as well:(

The tech issues have been fixed finally and I am very glad to say that your payment is being processed at this moment.

Thank you so much Melanie, I really appreciate your prompt response and explanation of what was going on... which I guess is all I really wanted in the first place :) But the withdrawal was great too, lol.

I got the money in my Use My Wallet account this morning and all is well... so again thank you SO much!
