The casino has provided evidence that the OP repeatedly broke the Terms even after the casino people explained the violation to her and told of the consequences if she persisted. Furthermore that evidence shows she misrepresented the facts both here and in her PAB. Case closed and the OP is banned for PAB fraud.

And why was OP banned? We need to hear her reply first. She wrote here she can prove her words. You should have given all the
details here (these are not a secret) and let the OP reply. What is this ban all about?

When someone misrepresents the facts of their PAB they are intentionally manipulating our service and wasting our time. That's PAB fraud and it is a bannable offense. The OP did so and was booted for it, just as others guilty of the same have been booted in the past.

Furthermore the OP lied about her case here on the forums thereby abusing her membership rights presumably for her own gains and purposes. Another bannable offense.

Frankly the OP has been disrespectful of us, the site, the forums, the membership and our PAB service from the start. I see no reason to give such a person anything more than a boot-print on the arse.

How do we know that it is not a casino misrepresenting the facts? Why not let an OP to make a single comment after accusing her of lies? Why to ban her IMMEDIATELY? Even people accused of mass killings are given a chance to defend themselves before they are punished. Not in this forum, as I can see it.

We've handled a fair number of cases through that casino, the group and its rep. There is no evidence that they have ever misrepresented the facts of a case nor any reason to believe they are doing so here. If and when there is they would be dealt with accordingly.

Someone lies repeatedly, abuses our services, nags the living shit out of me for weeks on end, wastes hours and hours of my time (and that means Bryan's money) and in the end gets busted for fraud and you want us to give that person a platform to speak? Fat chance! The fastest route out the door onto the curb is what they deserve and that's what they got. Job done!

Your analogy about criminals is misguided. We are not a court, no jail term is pending and the OP is free to go wherever they wish to plead their bogus case elsewhere. My decision is that I support the casino's decision against the OP, I don't appreciate being lied to and manipulated and the OP is now persona non grata here at Casinomeister until the man in charge decides otherwise. That's not a jail sentence it's an invitation to go elsewhere. Big difference.

And while we're at it how is it that you are posting this minutes after the OP sent me pretty much the same statements in an email? What is your relationship to the OP? What agenda are you pursuing here? One wonders.

I am in the contacts with the OP at the moment. When she posted her initial complaint at this forum I made some comments in this thread. So she contacted me in private asking for an advice. Since then I have her in my skype and today she wrote me about what happened.
She states she is innocent and did not misrepresent the facts. She did not violate 30 percent rule. She says she can prove it. Now she wants to make her reply and I can post it here if you give your permission.

If you think the PAB process is all garbage and that Max et al are outright liars....and you obviously do...what the hell are you even DOING here?

If I had a dime for every proven fraudster over the years here who contacted me asking me to believe they were actually innocent I would be a millionaire. If you choose to believe everything some blow-in tells you over others here with a long history of integrity and trust, then I have a list of forums where you would probably be more comfortable.

Better still, why don't you tell her to go and try that other dispute service where ALL the evidence is laid out for all to see? You better think twice, unless you enjoy "œufs de poule" all over your face.

So you are willing to post messages from a banned member?

This person is banned for a legitimate reason - and these reasons are spelled out perfectly in Max's above post. She is welcome to contact her legal reps or anyone else for that matter and pursue it further. I wish her luck with that.

Personally, I am not going to invest another dime or minute on this bogus complaint.
