Taking Legal action against Evolution gaming

Hello,

Thank you for your message and information.

Evolution Gaming as you mention has no Swedish gaming license and Evolution Gaming Group AB can not get a license in Sweden as it looks today as they are not a gaming company. They are a gaming provider company that makes games that later gaming companies through agreements use in their platform.

The Swedish Gaming Inspectorate receives tips from the public that can be used as a basis for supervision. In order for the Swedish Gaming Inspectorate to be able to supervise an unlicensed gaming company in Sweden that targets Swedish players, the gaming company must have the website in Swedish, Swedish currency, Swedish customer service or send marketing in Swedish. It is an assessment question whether a gaming company is targeting Sweden. The Swedish Gaming Inspectorate does not investigate individual cases but looks at the matter in a larger context.

The Swedish Gaming Inspectorate exercises its supervision under the Gaming Act (2018: 1138) and over those who have been granted a license in accordance with it. Playing with a gaming company that is not licensed in Sweden can mean that it can be difficult to get help from Swedish authorities if you end up in a dispute with an unlicensed gaming company as Swedish law only applies in Sweden.

At the following link you can see which gaming companies and websites are licensed to conduct games in Sweden:
spelinspektionen.se/spellicenser

In conclusion, I would also like to mention that the Swedish Gaming Inspectorate does not try any disputes between players and gaming companies. This means, for example. that we can not help individual players to get their winnings or the like. You can instead turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN) arn.se, which can try disputes concerning games or lotteries.

Sincerely
Swedish Gaming Inspectorate
Evolution got a clean chit by Sweden by operating from Sweden. Wow, that speaks a lot.

I am understanding, I am just asking you to post your evidence.
So if you arent going to post any evidence does that mean you dont have any and this is just all supposition?

My experience is what is my best evidence here and I have shared it already. I am sure these evidences will help players to immediately realise to what I have probably realised in months.

Do these gameshow wheels have an rtp? Have roulette wheels never been rigged, they have a house edge.

I am not saying the wheels are rigged, my position is 'I don't know, I hope not, but cannot rule out 100% there is no manipulation'

We had scammy fruit machines in the uk for decades, those that knew the tricks could make a small fortune, there were never any whistleblowers afaik, different type of situation but there was a still a trusting public oblivious to the real reality. If online forums had been a thing in the 80s, detractors then would have said show me the evidence, the govt test the machines etc...

Yes but UK fruit machines were (and are) actively compensated, the games we're talking about here are random.

You're correct in what you say, that those who knew the tricks made out like bandits whilst everyone else got hosed, but it's really not an apples to apples comparison.

Off-topic slightly but interesting story to show odd, freak things can happen in regulated lotto games:

In a surprise worthy of Derren Brown, the same six winning numbers have been drawn twice in a row in Bulgaria's national lottery.

The country's government ordered an investigation after the numbers 4, 15, 23, 24, 35 and 42 were selected, in a different order, live on television on September 6 and 10.

However police found no evidence of wrongdoing.

Bulgaria's Sports Minister Svilen Neykov has now launched a probe into the draws, which were done by machine, on September 6 and 10.

Investigators are due to report back by the end of the week.

Mathematician Mihail Konstantinov said that the probability of this happening is about 4.2 million to one.

He did, however, add that such coincidences can happen.

Although no-one won the September 6 draw, an unprecedented 18 people got all six numbers on September 10.

Well the chance of the same 6 coming out is only 4.2 million to 1 seems very wrong to me I think its way higher than that not sure how many balls they have in there lottos but seems wrong.

But aside that all very fishy, seems the machine was told to draw those numbers and the technology is possible.

I'd imagine it wasn't viewed as nefarious as the Lotto operator stood to gain nothing out of that freak occurrence, as even repeating the same numbers meant someone was always going to win.

But I guess it ties into how mechanical 'randomness' can go awry, perhaps the claw was fed some shonky algorithm from the result prior and the operator just went "Nah - it'll be fine"

Thought I would pop back in and see what's going down, This was the first line I read......

Not really sure how Covid and Climate Change got brought into this

Laughing my arse off is an understatement.

It's also the last line I think ill read and all I need to know about what direction the conversation has taken.

Someone drop me a PM when it moves on to Brexit, BLM or the tragic decline of coral or similar so I can have another giggle please.

Hilarious :)

Looking at the evolution company website, some big hitters in the ownership list incl blackrock.

With the profit involved it would seem extremely foolish to risk the business with any rigged games; reading their assessment of risk factors for investors is quite interesting, these paras I thought were worth a copy and paste:

The Group’s success depends, in part, on providing secure products and services
to customers for use by their end users. Attempts to penetrate
security measures may come from various combinations of
customers, end users, employees and others. The Group’s
IT systems are ISO-27001:2013 certified and the ability to
monitor and ensure the quality and integrity of Evolution’s
products and services is continuously reviewed and evaluated.

End users
Although Evolution does not provide its services directly
to end users, people who play Live Casino games with an
operator via the Company’s platform could sue the Company
in its capacity of a developer and facilitator of games. While
such claims against Evolution are likely to be dismissed, they
could give rise to expenses and reduce confidence in the Group
or impact its customers.

the ones who play live roulette for long session will know what we are talking about.
let me give u an example and u will find out how fast the empty number will show up and quickly will eat your balance up.

just cover 35 numbers out of 37 and the two numbers u just not covered will show bit more often and eats u up.

sometimes u can win a little but hardly to win.
but just be careful when u think the odds are with u.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We need more like you and I know there are many who got cheated like this. Online casinos are social menace.

What a load of crap. First who plays roulette like that? Second, so evolution is going to let the ball fall on the two nummers out of the 37 that you have made bets on. Who do you think you are that evolution is going to ruin their live game where maybe thousands of people are playing on the same session just to screw your play? These people have 0 evidence and are ranting because of their gambling addiction and losses nothing more.

It hit the one and only possible ball that gave me 2400$ more then any other ball that could have came up. I remember watching literally said out loud "there's not a chance it will hit 31" then boom!
Evolution is shady but what entity making billions and crediting hundreds of millions isn't a bit mischievous ?

I like how the first piece of actual evidence submitted is actually a win.
Not that a single rounds outcome is evidence of anything.

Or when I won 640x on my third real money bet on Crazy Time. (I'm actually up overall across Evolution's portfolio of games, so I guess I must be one of the punters they're actively rigging their games in favour of.) Or maybe, and I'm just putting it out there, sometimes we can get lucky and win on random games with a house edge, but over time we will inevitably lose as the house edge does its thing.

The longer you plug away at these things, the more likely you are to lose.

(Direct timestamped link to the 640x win, although this does clearly show how the Pachinko game can clearly 'engineer' a big win when it wants to.)

Given a wide enough dataset, any pattern can be observed. A million to one odds happen 8 times a day in NYC (population 8 million).

This is why casinos win in the long term. Even with a slight benefit of the odds in the game, in the long term, the results of all the bets and chances will reflect the odds. Sure there is variation, sometimes you win, yet on average with many attempts, the house wins.

Agree!
I don't know about others, but in Evolution, there are three weeks in house roulette, blackjack, baccarat training provided plus they teach how to behave in front of a camera (always smile and talk any crap).
Since everything, there is almost automatic - the dealing skills can be learned in a few days.

The money they get is shit. But from another hand, there is zero stress in comparison to real casinos.
Hey do you know a link where I can play this games from Australia? I want the lighting roulette can any body help

The dealer fumbled the card, it happens.
Are you proposing that the casino told him to do that, on camera no less, presumably multiple times?
Not to mention that the player already has 10+2+9 and therefore has 21 already. WTF kind of Blackjack variant is this? It looks staged - what was the next card out? Should show that too as if it was a 10 value also then it kind of undermines that anything was attempted here.

Need a complete picture to make determinations.

I've found the roulette wheels used by Evolution gaming to be fair and random
I haven't seen any evidence of rigged wheels
However, I often find my winning bets are cancelled

Here are some examples at various UK casinos

21.co.uk
888.com
williamhill.co.uk

I've asked 21.co.uk to provide details of their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service provider and am awaiting a reply.

I've also had issues with Netent an associated company, in that case many of my losses were refunded and my account with gentingcasino.com closed. I had also asked them for their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service provider and didn't receive a reply.

Can anyone suggest an online casino operator that does not use Netent or Evolution Gaming ?
I used to use Gentings Live & online casino at Manchester but I can't now they have closed my account.
