Tons of uk players will be living off statutory sick pay, thats £94 a week....

The Australian Government addressed this issue by providing cashless cards to certain sections of the population on welfare. These cards can't be used for alcohol or gaming in any form.

It proved to be a very unpopular move, although it is still in place, for a variety of reasons. Mainly because it was considered to undermine people's dignity who were on welfare, as it removed their choices as to where/how to shop.
