We've recently had a PAB wherein the player complained of being denied winnings for playing what turned out to be bonus-restricted games.

Although it was true that the player had failed to read and comply with the Terms & Conditions, and on these grounds we had to deny their claim against the casino, it was alarming to us that Swiss Casino (scasino.com) Customer Service never responded to us or the player with anything more than automated replies.

Casinos are expected to respond in a timely fashion to player issues, even if it is only to point out why the player's claim against them is unjustified. Auto-responders are a temporary courtesy, at best, and in no way constitute real or meaningful Customer Service.

Warning: Swiss Casino is not responding to player issues. Players should be aware that their attempts to raise issues with the casino will go unanswered.

Just to pipe in to add - autoresponders should be used if you are on vacation letting people know when you will be available again and who to contact if there is an emergency.

I don't know how these autoresponders became "business as usual", but a majority of casinos seem to rely on these. This sucks.

A representative for Swiss Casino, Chris_m, has come forward. Hopefully we'll see this responsiveness issue addressed and resolved.
