As Far As I KnowHi there, what is AFAIK?
All the swedish streamers migrating to Malta like I said they would. Can't afford to play with their own money, they preach to viewers if you cannot afford to gamble
then don't, but don't follow their own advice, they upsticks to be able to afford to play with bonuses, oh the irony.
Or the reason could be that to be able to entertain the crowd you need a bigger bankroll and then bonuses is a good way of getting that.
It's not only the streamers that would like to migrate to Malta right now. No normal Swedish player wants to have it like it is now. Many games are unplayable with the changes, we don't get the same promotions as others in most places, if we get any at all, and they have removed a lot of what was fun with playing.
So I wouldn't mind moving myself.
It's pretty bad for the normal user, but as for streamers I doubt any of them are in it for entertainment, if they want to do entertaiment they should go and join the circus, a few of them are clowns so it would be a good fit.

Slotspinner moved to Malta.
It is indeed sad that we as casinos cannot give out bonuses as usual to our Swedish players. But I also trust that the Swedish government know what they are doing and if it's something bad, they learn something from it and change.
@Tirilej - With the bankID a lot of other things become easier, like KYC (know your customer) documentation. Also the security of your account get better.
We as a casino also have a much better overview when it comes to multiple accounts, fake details etc.
@electronictonic - I guess you would say the same to any Hollywood star that does entertainment for money, off you go to the circus Brad Pitt!
With all due respect to friendly REP of really good casino, there are some questions arise:It is indeed sad that we as casinos cannot give out bonuses as usual to our Swedish players. If SE guys know what they do...Seriously, you have MGA (most popular license apart from Curacao maybe), OKIE UKGC, and no one did the same thing with bonuses. 3 seconds for a spin? Seriously?
Sorry, I can't find how it's can be called 'know what they do'.
Just my personal opinion more like a player, than casino rep.

When fighting any kind of addiction, the steps we need to take will always affect those that can personally handle/control the source of the addiction.
An example would be alcohol, in Sweden we have strikt laws and regulations regarding alcohol. Meaning that we have only one store chain that sells alcohol which control opening hours. It can only be bought after the age of 20 in this store (18 in pubs, bars and restaurants because it's an controlled environment). This means that people who can handle alcohol without a problem is restricted to buy alcohol during certain times, which can be annoying if you really want a beer at 20:00 on a Friday in front of the TV and you didn't have the foresight of buying it before, or worked during the open hours of the shop.
But it is at the same time restricting the people who are vulnerable to addiction to not being able to feed into the addiction.
There will always be downsides and upsides and one needs to know that you should always try to see both sides of the coin, not just the bad
@Tirilej - I agree with the TV commercials in Sweden, there is too many casino commercials. Maybe that's something that the government should also try to control. Then again most of the channels are not Swedish (just targeted to Sweden) so they cannot really do much I suppose.
To compare a streamer to a actor is utter lunacy. It is indeed sad that we as casinos cannot give out bonuses as usual to our Swedish players. But I also trust that the Swedish government know what they are doing and if it's something bad, they learn something from it and change.

It’s not comparable at all.
A streamer makes money from other people’s gambling losses and also getting strangers to sign up to gamble and lose money. They act, lie and cheat to make money.
It’s a pretty low and grubby way of making a living.
Sorry, wasn’t calling you anything personally.I will have to agree to disagree on this one. I guess I'm an utter lunatic for comparing a streamer with an actor, in my eyes they both act to entertain a crowd. And I will leave it at that.
