Bonus Complaint Sverigekronan !

Today I got a text from sverigekronan.com saying they give 100 free spins to first 100 players!

30-60sec after I read it im in and playing my 100 spins, site crashes with 1 left due to high trafic on their page, I get back and get to play my last spin and a total of 197SEK win like 20 euro.
I then try to open another game but my account is 0, so I contact support and they say that it was due to the high load on their page that they cash didn't show but that they would fix it.

So after 7h I contact them again, and the reply is that there were already 100 people before me that had gotten the spins, so mine was not legit and that they would give me 10 spins!? as a compensation...
now is this really such a good way to treat a customer?

Sure, I might been after the 100..but if someone gets their free spins should they really not just let it count?

Im happy it wasn't a big win, but just a heads up for anyone thinking of playing there.

I don't know anything about this casino so I went in and read a few of their rules.

It's a casino for only Swedish people. If someone play from somewhere else and can't prove that he's Swedish he's not entitled to any kind of bonus offers.
I saw that the OP was from Norway so I'm surprised they still gave free spins.

I also think Swedish people can stay away if you like to use bonuses. All bonuses needs to be wagered 40x bonus+deposit.

Well this was a 1 year celebration free spin thing, so it had no deposit needed..but probably the wagering tho!

Anyway, just hope that no one won big on these 100 spins and had same experience as me!
