Slightly misleading topic - the suspension was enacted and finished a long time ago, the fine is the news here as a result of the investigation while supended.

The suspension finished in October 2020, which is mentioned in the piece - but this fine related to the investigation that was started after their licence was suspended and concluded just now - well made public yesterday.

its amazing the slating that Genesis Global casinos are getting on trustpilot over past few day. So may claiming that their account was falsely excluded when they try and withdrawal or just randomly stalling withdrawals. You would always expect some complaints but it looks like a tidal wave.

I requested a withdrawal for £4000 and they stalled with verification requests (no problem to deposit though!). They said they always did this on withdrawal over £2300.

They then reduced my withdrawal to £2000 as it was the max amount permitted from a deposit bonus. I pointed out that this was less than the £2300 threshold so why did they need more verification? They replied 'when you go over 1k in deposit or withdrawal we would need to have documents in hand'...

Is it 1k or £2300 that triggers additional verification?!? Where in t&c's does it mention this.

Something very dodgy about this outfit!
