That's true. I completely agree. IMO though I don't believe we are getting the full story from the Op. I would like to see the Op added to some kind of black list for committing charge backs.

A lot of reps don't spend that much time hanging around the forum, so just because he hasn't logged in doesn't mean anything. If you send a PM and the rep doesn't respond, then it's a good idea to let Bryan or Max know.

Just catching up with this thread after my holiday. Susan has a history of trollish posts, and in this thread she received three - a total of 45 infraction points which earns a 72 hour vacation. If it happens again - three strikes and yer out.
