Resolved Supreme Play (Rival) don't replay to the my emails and don't pay

Hi,

Supreme Play is not an serious casino because:

1) this casino don't replay to the my emails send to the support and to the financial team, especially about questions on delays in approving my personal documents, in my payment and in the replies to my emails;

2) this casino still have not deleted the button of the "reversible withdrawal" in my cashier, which in most casinos is done after 24 hours from the withdrawal request (to day is the third day).

For all this, I will not continue playing at this casino and i will continue to not deposit money into my account until I verify the times of payment and of the replies to the my emails.

Alberto, dont give up. I had the same problem some weeks ago. then I contacted their rep who helped me to get my money.

Nothing, today is the 5th business day but this casino continue to not pay.

I predicted all, how many lies told me that made me understand the usual games ....... Now, as always, this casino, like other rivals, wait this weekend to pay me after, Monday or Tuesday. With this slow, this casino do not see me more!

it was then the weekend, so payment does not take place over the weeked,
so nothing would be done then as payments are on working days only!

having just checked your account I can see that your payment has still not been completed, I believe that the casino have chased Rival regarding this issue and are trying there hardest to get this through for you, but while rival handle all the processing this is something out of there control.

I will keep you updated as and when I hear back

I'm sorry, if you are here to not resolve the notorious problems of the casino "Supreme Play" and of all casino Rival, it is better to non replay to my thread!

The notorious problem is that this casino is slow, slow and slow to complete the withdrawal requests................ But for you this is an simple detail! Then, i ask you: give me good reasons because i continue to play in your casino. Why to play in your casino when other casino pay in 24 hours?

For you it is normal the payments in 10-12 days, with the weekends!

Compliments, you say to me to not play more in your casino! Ok?

i will be more clear. You stop! You must intervene in this forum just to solve problems, halving the time of payment! In the last chat, Anna told me what I had planned and written on this forum. These his words: "Anna: your cahsout is in process and will be in your account after the weekend".

The usual tricks! I predicted all! .................. and now, I'll write in 3 other forums.

This is to remember you as ridiculous is the casino Supreme Play, your support and your manager.

Here many excuses that I've heard until today:

1. problems to the system;

2. problem to the processor with moneybookers;

3. the time to approval my documets take to 48 hours until 4 days;

4. you cannot cancell the "botton of reversible withdrawal" for problems to the system;

5. the days of the processing be counted from the approval my documents and not from my withdrawal request

If I was you, aioh71, I would seriously chill out. You are not being being a reasonable player at all. You got a response from 21grand, who was respectful to you and tried to explain. You continue to be obnoxious and are carrying on like it is the end of the world. Ever hear the phrase "you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar"? :rolleyes:

I hope you get paid, if you won honestly. But then, I hope this casino and any others of the group dump your ass. You are the perfect example of a lousy player for any casino. :rolleyes:

The response is not good enough and he or she should not chill out. It is a joke and the sooner these places pick up their act the better. The holier than thou attitude is silly. If it happened to you you would be carrying on just like he or she is. Its not good enough and the sooner these sort of casinos loose their players or close down the better. I no longer play at any casino that does not pay out in 24 hours or less. Their loss is my gain. There are plenty or good casinos that pay in 24 hours or less, more than enough for a good selection to play at

jod5413 forget one small detail: Supreme Play don't respect your rules and I, at this point, I have the sacrosanct right to complain me! The problem is simple: we are the sixth business day and the representative, rather than intervene to help the casino to respect your rules (not for me), he thinks to enter only on a relationship with me, wrong because that i had planned then is occurred!

See Jod5413, these casinos are not new to this little games and you "do not have to pray for the win," but angry when the casino are not observing the rules!

Don't worry, this casino will pay me but at 7th, 8th or 10th business day (including weekends will be 15 days!)

Seems like a turnkey casino being operated by Rival in house. They also state they do all processing for them in house so totally a turnkey operation.

Maybe you should be talking to Rival since they do everything for this site?

It is Supreme Play to approve the documents. But, by term and conditions, the days to process withdrawals take effect from request withdrawal but for them (only for them) instead from day in wich the documents are approved. For them (only for them) to approve the documents it is needed until to 4 business day and so the payment will arrive always after weekends and so the 5 business day, like rules, will become 10 or more!

Payouts should be from the date of the withdrawal, not any internal checking or other nonsense. If a casino states up to a 5 day wait for payout, it better be paid in 5 days.

I see where you are coming from and of course it's frustrating. But you will get paid, it's just irritating along the way.

By the way, what is your native language?

I guess you don't know but rival has had some delays paying the players because some of their whitelabels went bankrupt, and they are doing the right thing and paying the players that are owed money from these casinos.

Rival is doing all the processing so there might be some backlog regarding the payouts, but they are paying, you just need to be more patient. This really might not be the casinos fault as rival does the processing.

This is my definition of “White Label Casinos”;
This basically means that all the actual running of the Casino, the Money Processing and the Player Support is handled by Rival themselves in one central location, and all the casino owners do is put up a website and handle the marketing (including designing player promotions) using the Rival “template”

We are all entitled to our opinions here. I believe that when players start "shouting" and/or threatening casinos, they hurt their chances of getting things straightened out.

This "holier than thou" attitude? Not me, and I have had to handle my share of problems with casinos. Common sense dictates that you stay calm and business like when trying to solve a problem.

I hope you get paid, Aioh71. But I will still say that you need to chill out.

I see this thread has gone quiet due to the fact that he was paid, funny how players are quick enough to scream and shout when it does not go there way and not say a word when it does, I know the casino spoke with the player and told them when it would be with them and it was,
thank you everyone and again we are trying to get payments out as quick as possible, our hands are tied for the time being,

I think the payment delay took too long, but on the other hand the OP definitely should have had posted that he was paid eventually. One of the most important functions of this forum after all is exchanging both negative and positive experiences.

I agree...once you start a thread with a complaint you should publish the outcome, however, the Rep (when he talks about screaming about a withdrawal) needs to chill. If we, as players, can deposit in under 60 seconds then, they as casinos, can process in under 15 days, no? I don't care if half the Rival "casinos" go belly up...they need the cash on hand to pay ALL players according to the T & C's on the websites or change the time it takes for a withdrawal. The way they are handling it inspires NO confidence IMO.
