Resolved supreme play only payed me $2000 out of $4000

2 weeks ago I requested a withdrawal of $4000 at supreme play casino I only got $2000 I keep trying to contact them via live help and it does not work when it is available and when it is not I am able to leave them a message I have sent them many e-mails but they have only returned 2 one saying that is there is a $2000 limit on withdrawals a week and one saying that my withdrawal reqeust has been paid which was only $2000 2 weeks have passed and I have not yet received the other $2000 and I keep sending them e-mails and they don't reply

I'm probably asking the obvious, but have you logged in to see if they returned the other $2k to your account? It's possible that you may need to request another $2k withdrawal..
 
I have been logging in every day sometimes twice a day there is nothing in my account I tried to contact live support through instant play and at 21 dukes casino instant and downloaded but couldn't contact them
 
Ahh, ok....

I would say PAB, but it looks like you've used yours up already...I know hindsight is 20/20, but why keep playing at casinos that don't have a strong history, or at least accredited ones?

A quick search of the forum turned up quite a few complaints about supreme play, and they all revolve around CS and payment issues..

I have posted and sent their contact a pm but I got no reply so far yesterday I got a reply which said the manager is on holidays and that there is a $2000 limit for every 2 weeks I have looked in the history and it had $2000 paid and $2000 processing I am having trouble doing the screen shot
 
I have taken a photo of it with my phone but it will not attach it because it sais it is to big and that I have to do it manually whcih I thought I did but i did not do you have a easier way to do it?

If you're using Microsoft;
Hold down {ALT} at the right of your space-bar and press {PRTSC}.
Open the "Paint" program.
Click {Edit} then {Paste}, or just hold down {CTRL} and hit "V"
Click on the tiny blue square at the bottom right of your shot and drag up & left to reduce the size to 640 x 480 MAX. (The size is displayed bottom right of the window).
Click {File} then {Save As}. Enter a name for the shot and below that make sure you change the "Save as Type" to "JPEG"
This will upload perfectly!

Sounds complicated, but once you've done it once or twice it only takes 30 seconds :thumbsup:

At least the "missing" $2000 is showing as processing. I guess that means it is automatically queued for payment after 2 weeks. I don't know for sure because I have never been in this situation; in my screenshot above I knew there was a $1,000 per transaction limit so I requested my $2,550 in 3 separate withdrawal requests, waiting until each hit my Neteller before requesting the next one.

Yes, their support told me that the cashout manager is on holiday. I am not sure but I think that these withdrawal delays are from the Rival Central Pantasia money processing. When your withdrawal history looks like that you don't have to worry, they always pay! :thumbsup:

First of all, count the days from the first withdrawal hit your account.
Then you add 14 days and then add 2-5 business days just because they use Pantasia and not their own money processing.
Exact what date did you calculate this to?
 
I worked it out 1 week being monday to sunday then the second week being the next monday to sunday
 
yes but it did not work with me when I press alt nothing happens maybe its because I don't have microsoft word
 
You received your first 2000$ on june 18 and then add a week and then 2 days just because it's Rival central payment processing system and you should get them today!;)

I don't know when their live chat opens but I believe that Nathan usually are there at this time/day. Try!

today is the 29 th and no I have not yet received anything and live help still doesn't work
 
it'll be at least next monday before/if you get anything, because it seems that rival's only pay on Mondays (the ones don't that have their own processors.) I could be wrong, but this has been my experience.

I have not been on line much as had laser surgery on my eyes.
I no for a fact Live support is manned 24/7 with someone covers chats and phone calls,
Gangster plse if your on line pop in to live chat to speak to either Sam Nathan who are the managers one of them is there 90% of the time, I am in the office so I will chase the accounts department and see what is going on with the payment.

circus casino ned play are the ones on top of my head but I'm sure I remember seeing some accredited casinos listed here being rogue some where else I'm sure if you were to compare you will find that that does happen where accredited casinos listed here are listed rogue some where else

And what's these other sites you talk about? How reputable are they?
