I get email telling me about this month promotions and $50 reload. I login today into casino and right away get pop-up telling me deposit $50 today wager once and get $50 bonus. There is ok button on the pop-up. I click OK button it leads to casino web site with promotion description and cashier.

I deposited, played, lost half my deposit, and guess what, no bonus you are not eligible I am told! What a bunch of BS! They told me I got email, but I did not!

I have played at this casino for a long time. Never have had a single problem. I even have an account with their sportsbook to. Always have received the 50 for 50 bonus monthly when I felt like doing it. I am surprised they wouldn't give it to you. Any reason you can think of that they wouldn't let you collect the bonus? Have you logged onto the casino from a friends computer? Anything like that? This one puzzles me a little :confused:

sorry anna about your situation. But I think it is not quite right to say that they invited you only because you had a pop-up when you logged in...

These guys must of had a another customer bonus purge. I did thankfully receive the email outlining my unwanted business which coincided with a $100 dollar loss on my last play :rolleyes:

Don`t see why they wont just give you the $50 bonus they`ll most likely clean you out plus whatever deposit you have left.This is boss media the home of checking for dealer BJ.

These are renown for bad info I once asked via livechat if I was eligible for a bonus they said sure go ahead make a deposit did that no bonus back to livechat ooops sorry the information was incorrect tough titty so long and good luck.

did receive email and got the bonus $50.
after $50 wager money and bonus automatically credited.

and after more $1000 wager ($1 flat bet blackjack 1000 game)
only left $35.
lost $15 my money.

boss media dealer is so hot !!

aurora9, so what they banned you? whats the problem? for them to have banned you, you must have been abusing their bonus, therefore i presume that over a long period you have been making money out of them.

hey i tell you what, at the next casino you play at, instead of bothering to play, why dont you phone them up and ask them to send you a cheque out str8 away as you seem to think you deserve money for nothing.

why is it whenever someone makes their first post on this site and its a casino complaint, it has "bonus abuser" written all over it.

I agree with scrollock - blatant 'bonus abusers' like this only reduce the opportunities for us genuine advantage players! :cool:

Had the same problem of Aurora9: received may newsletter, decided to take the reload bonus, deposit 50, played once,: no bonus. :mad:
Same answer in chat, no e-mail advising me of the reason.
I haven't played at this casino since april, can someone tell me the reason of sending me the may newsletter if I'm no more entitled to receive any bonus?
They can have a reason for this decision of excluding me, but i think it's a little too late telling it after my deposit (and wager of it once), couldn't they tell me this thing after my last winning in april?
This is NOT FAIR!!!

You are right - that is not fair.
I had the same thing with Casino365 this month. Made my deposit, played once - no bonus.
It turns out they have switched from Boss Media to a Playtech casino.
The annoying thing is, the old casino is still working OK - no 'flag' on it, and NO E-MAIL to the players telling them about the change. :(

Still, I only lost a few bucks, so I wont be going bankrupt just yet pstnpstn! :D

Nice invite scam

So the casino sends a player mail mentioning a $50 reload bonus. The player then logs on and a pop-up reiterates the offer. The player presumes that the casino's offer is an honest one and gets screwed. Another casino for me to avoid.

I also consider that just meeting the wr with 1$ flatbets is really bonus abuse. Betting all the way with 5-100$ bets is not. Not even if you just meet the WR. However that is advantage play.

Long live the rightious.... Bonuses are for players to play with. As long as you stick to T&C, I see no problem.

The casino seem to be handling this in quite a crappy way and I for one would be PISSED getting such treatment!!!

im not one to defend the casinos, but you guys must bear in mind that these emails and pop ups are not cons. they are automatic messages sent by the system. obviously these should not be sent to players who are not entitled to the bonus, but often they are, its more of a case of incompetetance rather than a deliberate scam.

at a 0.5% house edge (though questionable at boss) on a $50 turnover, represents $0.25 profit for the casino for each player,WOW CON OF THE CENTURY, not forgetting the fact that these players who have been denied the bonus will have taken out a well over a 100 times this figure for each month they will have been allowed to play with the bonus.

this is quite similar to some threads i have seen in the past ( not sure if it was here or somewhere else), where players were complaing that they have been sent emails about a sign up bonus, who then sign up and are then denied the bonus because they already have an account, the complaint usually being "well why did you send the email" instead of saying to themselves, "i know i already have an account, so it must be a mass email that has been sent to me by error".

im often am sent emails about sign ups and etc, i know i dont qualify for, so i dont follow them up as i know its just a mass email sent to me by error, anyone with an IQ bigger 80 can see that. yet some people seem to think that if they recieve an email its an open invite to go and pick up a bonus they know they are not entitled to.

no doubt the OP in this thread, will recieve the same email next month AND will get the same message when he opens the casinos, i just hope that if hes daft enough to deposit that he doesnt come on here complaining when hes been denied the bonus, probably saying something like "well i got sent the email........"

Most of casino related e-mail I get comes from affiliates, who cannot know whether I have an account at a casino or not. E-mails from reputable affiliates and casinos will contain the T&C or have a link to the T&C on the web, so it should be clear that existing players are not eligible, or simply the name "sign-up bonus" should be a clue to most people that it is not for existing players.

Supervegas casino's case is different. The e-mail was sent to all players on the mailing list, the casino's website still says that everyone is eligible. If they don't want to give the bonus to people they consider undesirable, then they should notify those players in advance that they are excluded, or make the promotion invitation only.

Same bonus "strange" behaviour happened to me also!

They told me that I am an abuser after accepting deposit also.
I had NEVER received any contrary email from them, just the generic invitation.
Moreover I send them my arguments because I am not an abuser and the emails to admin kept returning back!
