    All good

    Hey Marie2473,

To my understanding, from looking around forums such as these and knowing people that have played at SuperSlots, they're fair and a good casino to play at

    Good luck!

If you take a look at CasinoMeisters Rogue List you will find superslots at the bottom of the list under "Bumblings, Blunders and Negligence".
    http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/index.php

I also do not recommend superslots, but for different reasons than Bryan here at CM has for putting them on his Rogue list.

In my opinion, superslots is NOT a casino any responsible player advocate would recommend.

    Hi Marie

I use to play there all the time and loved it. I got paid too (via check) and Im in the USA. The reason why I stopped playing there is because their software messed my pc up. I keep trying every now and then but I have to end up uninstalling it

    Im not sure Uga

Ive never seen their slots in RTG or MG. THey have some cools slots too. They have a deal or no deal and a bunch of other neat slots. They also have free tournies that run all day long.

I just hate what the software does to my pc ohhh and the other thing I hate is that you have to dep atleast $30 and Im a low rolling depositor

I played there once or twice. The slots are cool but I deposited using C2P and they could only pay me via check and the fee was ridiculous. If I remember correctly their customer service is very sub-par. I would rate them as a play with caution because I remember a post about their software being suspect.

    SuperSlots

To my understanding, SuperSlots uses Vegas Technology which has replaced OddsOn software... The same group also have English Harbour Casino, VIP Slots, etc.

    Hi

I looked at the CM rogue casino list and didn't see Superslots on it:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/index.php

It's quite concerning to me as I have them listed on my portal site and wouldn't want to have them listed there if they have a bad reputation. I checked here first and didn't see anything bad about them, played there and it seemed fine to me...

Is there anyone from CM that could comment on their history?

Are the other casinos like English Harbour and VIP Slots OK?

Same group. Millionairecasino first bonus banned me. (Bonuses came automatically so i could not remove them so just played with them). Won some and they denied me using bonuses.

Then i won some more money without any bonuses, and they did pay me, but they denied me from accessing any casino in their group.

Almost seems like they dont like winners. I guess there is nothing i or casinomeister/max can do about getting me back on board?

I've been playing there for right at a year now. I live in the USA. I deposit using a prepaid card and have won several different times. CS has always been great and actually. I usually withdraw my winnings via wire however I decided this I would try a different route. I made the mistake of trying to with draw to my netspend account. The wire was returned to the casino so I opened up a plastic wire account and changed my banking information and they sent me an e-mail to confirm it was correct. I very quickly responded. This happened on a Tuesday. On Friday I checked to see the status of my withdrawl request only to find out that they sent me another e-mail stating that since I didn't reply with my bank information they had redeposited my winnings back into my account. I very quickly called the payout department. I explained to them the situation and they very quickly corrected the problem and apologized to me and I had the money via money gram the next day with out a hitch. That is the only issue I had with them and again CS was great. The next week I won again, $800 and requested a wire withdrawal and had no problems getting it. In a years time of playing there if I were going to see unethical practices I think it would've happened by now already. :)

    uh....

If a casino treated me like that, they would never see another penny of mine. Why in the world would you want to go back to them?

When I want to play slots, i choose superslots. But I thought everyone is ok with them. Interesting to see negative comments about them.

I believe you are mistaken. Neither Super Slots Casino nor any other casino in the English Harbour New Ventures group is currently listed in the Rogue Pit. FYI that list includes:
    • English Harbour Casino
    • English Harbour Poker
    • Silver Dollar Casino
    • Millionaire Casino
    • Caribbean Gold Casino
    • Best Online Casino
    • Super Slots Casino
    • All Poker Casino

And, FWIW, there is a low incidence of PABs filed against these casinos.

When OddsOn/Vegas Technology had the software snafu (they had uploaded a corrupt file that whacked out the doubling feature in VP), they were initially rogued for the way in which it was handled. As the months went on, they were moved to the "bumbling" section since it was negligence not an intentional act. They remained there for a couple of years until last month after the EIG. I had met with the operator and discussed the whole incident (this was announced in the Barcelona newsletter btw - a reason to subscribe).

Their software is checked on a continuing basis and they have safeguards in place to ensure an incident would not happen again. After a couple of years in the rogue pit, they were removed.

Does their video poker still play like slot machines and don't actually deal a random hand like regular video poker ?

You might be confused with Slotland which did.

    Hi winbig,

Its in the casino rules that you cannot get a sign up bonus at more than one casino in there group.

And there is nothing wrong with that, theres many casinos that will give you a bonus.
