I had a blast at Superior Casino tonight. I made a $25 deposit at 8pmish and it lasted about 2 hours plus I had $140 in cashouts. I wasnt low low rolling either, I was doing $1-$2 alot of the times

I love that scary Rich2, OMG I was getting fs after fs, some were crappy wins but I got 3 good ones (posted one at 100 times)

I went to that new Goblins and hit for $48 and $60 on the bonus round on 80 cent bets.

Went to Cleopatra and got fspins almost right away, only won $20 on max bet but still got tons of bonus and free spin rounds tonight. That scary rich is HOT tonight.

Now lets just hope my w/d goes ok. It should because I never take a bonus. I just made a straight deposit and w/d via QT:thumbsup:
 
Does anyone play VP at Rival? Just wondering how you like. Got my cashout without any problems and in less than the 48 hours stated. They didnt make me fill out any forms. I just sent them a few docs along with an email stating that my accounts have been in good standing with other rivals

I actually stopped playing at Rival and then for some reason wanted to try out Superior. I like it the best so far. I played some table games and won 3/4let it rides and 3/5 red dogs and got some nice hits on VP (nothing earth shattering but seemed fair)

Is there a Superior Rep here?

I thought since it said processing meant I was gonna get paid within 48 hours but its been "processing" for 3 days now. My money is in limbo!! Can i please get paid?:D
 
My AVG scanner stopped the download and said it detected a Trojan Horse Generic *Something or other*.
Is this one of those positive negative thingies or whatever you call it? Did anyone else get that virus alert when downloading? I didn't proceed with it because I wasn't sure.

I made a deposit , no bonus taken. I won and cashed out last wednesday. It is now Monday and I still dont have my measly $80 in my QT account. I emailed them and they asked for written permission, which they didnt when i made my deposit. I sent this letter and got no money. I emailed them again and they said they couldnt read it. Why didnt they tell me this and wait until I asked where my money was again? And on top of it, they asked me to make a deposit to prove who I am. I did make a deposit when I played to begin with?

Can you please help

Edit, here is the email before the one they asked about a deposit. As you can see, they made no mention of my having to make a deposit (cc is rich's name)

Since the credit card is not in your name, we kindly request you to send us a written permission from the card holder authorizing you to use the card to deposit at the casino.

This really disheartens me. And they wonder why they see bad press on here. Why didnt they just ask me earlier and mention a dep earlier and answer my emails earlier

Look at the date of my original post, This has been going on since last Wednesday night. I like this place but who wants to go through such hassles?

I agree with you Babs, this does not look good on Superior Casino, and to have to wait this long to get a SMALL payout processed back to QT when we all know this can be done in a matter of hours if not minutes...nope, not good at all..:mad:

And I see yesterday when I checked the rep for Superior hadn't even visited this forum since April!! :eek2:

I sure won't be playing here, and I'm scared this is exactly what I will go through with that new Rival Vegas Sky, when I try to cashout on the free chip.

I'm with you Babs, they take our money in seconds. I want similar consideration in return. That's why for me...it's 3Dice (instant) and 32Red or Inetbet (ALWAYS under 24 hrs). There's no excuse for this, except inept CS and poor processing.

You would think that most of these casinos would check out the forums once in a while and realize that there are casinos that transfer money to e-wallets in hours, and sometimes minutes. This makes it much more difficult for them to try to justify why it takes them so long. Several e-mails of "we'll respond in 24 hours" means the player is waiting many extra days or a week... instead, why not just take the few MINUTES and transfer the money?

We all know how fast these e-wallets can be funded! Anything else means the casino is stalling, slow, inefficient, or worse.

OMG Babs, this is ridiculous. I'd be pulling my hair out if I were you. Without reading the thread again, you did already send them what they asked for didn't you?

Sounds like a great casino to avoid if you ask me. Have you tried PM'ing RobRival? At least he was on the forum today, unlike the Superior rep who seems to be MIA. Also, PM Bryan and see if he can reach their rep. Sometimes they will respond to him, where we can't seem to get through.

Utter bullshit.
 
I didnt want to bother bryan over $80 that hasnt been more than a week late.

Ive sent them this permission letter to use my husbands credit card 3 times. I happen to use his because it was closer in reach that day. They sure didnt have a problem accepting the deposit. Its the same account that this debit visa is and its in both our names, its just our cards have our own names on it. I sent 2 diff copies 3 times so far. The first time they got it and couldnt see it good enuf, the 2nd and 3rd time are because they are saying they didnt get it

I did pm 2 reps, one pm'd back and the superior one didnt pm back. The one that pm'd me was from TIV, he is really nice but cant help because he doesnt know the ppl there. Oh he asked me to live chat and mention his name but that didnt work
 
It sure sounds like the standard "oh yes, we got your documents, but they've yet to be approved". Then you get the "oh no, we haven't received them, please resend".

Okay, if you don't wanna bug Bryan yet, PM RobRival. He's their techie guy, but he can at least get in touch with someone who can get their butt over here and figure this out. Here's his contact info Babs:

Seems to me they have been having these delays all year long...:rolleyes:
