Superior Casino - bad experience

i totally agree with what you said but on the other hand you withdraw on jan15 get email stating check sent jan26 feb12,19,26 also different dates over phone and almost 3 months later no check then told check is "coming fedex last monday should have by friday" still no check and you get frustrated and you want to vent and have anybody listen to you and your situation that you are in for some understanding what is a person suppose to do :confused:


I understand your frustration. However, payment processing has been a touchy issue for the Online Gaming industry. My suggestion for fast payouts is this... Accept a payout method that costs you money like Western Union. Those payout methods seem to work the most efficient. Larger Casinos and Sports books can't process Western Union and payouts as easy too... so look to play at a smaller place to get a more personalized service and better odds of getting a quicker payout. Payouts can make or break a casino/sportsbook. Many places are dropping like flies because customers are sick of waiting MONTHS to get paid. Sad.... but my finger is mainly pointed at Uncle Sam and the Port Securities Bill.
 
Michael P... since you seem to have added a whole bunch of "off topic" comments to this thread... do you have any thoughts or views on the NON EXISTENT customer support that Superior offers?

What happened to the casino rep who posted only once in this thread... and never even bothered addressing the issue I brought up... and also was questioned by unicorn40 and Jinnia?

As far as I'm concerned... this is a "STAY AWAY FROM" casino.

Which casino rep was that? Did he/she work for Superior?

I have had bad experiences gaming myself. But for me to call a place a "stay away" casino... I have to hear multiple issues. That and I would have contacted superior multiple times and tried to resolve the issue. Many posters react too quick and POST a negative comment about a place and then never follow up with the thread or contact a rep when they respond. My suggestion would be call the place, ask to speak with a manager and tryand resolve this with the manager before posting.

Now I haven't gone back and read all of this thread but I would assume you did that. Which my suggestion would be... KEEP CALLING. If you truly want to resolve the issue, be persistent.

I believe in equal and fair treatment. So I am an asshole to everyone regardless of race, creed, religion, or sexual preference. A sort of, "super misanthropist" ;)

On a side note: Gaming is supposed to be fun. And when you are not having fun, you should quit playing. When I walk into a casino.... I walk in with what I am willing to lose and make the best of it; ordering drinks and having a good time. When I lose, I don't bitch and complain. But.... my goal is to become an advocate for both sides. Sometimes one side won't even listen to the other side, so it helps to have a mediator in a sense.

You gotta be yourself I guess. But you'd never make it far in real world mediation if you alienated the people you were trying to assist.

I have known people who consider putdowns and derogatory remarks as terms of endearment, kind of a good ol' boy thing where only a friend could possibly talk to another that way or something.

But some people are just intolerant, bigotted a-holes. I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt without judging you at all if you can shed insight here and there and possibly help a player now and then. Not that you need my approval:cool:
 
What rock have you been hiding under? Hands up all those who have been charged fees for a Neteller withdrawal from a reputable casino.

I have yet to be charged a "fee" for withdrawing to Neteller. If i WAS charged i wouldn't go back.....

Kind of hard to know since you've only been a member here for one month... and your total of 6 posts don't offer all that much "insight" as to your knowledge of the gaming industry.
