Super Lenny HUGE problem!

    Hello,
    How quickly does customer service usually reply on this casino? My balance dropped from over 300.00 to 0.00 in a single 2.00 bet. I had less than 50.00 left to wager to keep the bonus (which expires December 31st so i had plenty of time left).

    I'm panicking here as there is no live help and this is not a small chunk of money. I have try loging out and logging back in several times.

    Just wait for live chat tomorrow I suppose . Not much you can do on xmas day . I'm sure it will be recorded in the game logs if it's an error

    actually i panicked too quickly....their customer service actually replied early Christmas day and fixed my balance. Very quick response on their part.
