Will not Pay BOA

I called my local bank this morning to ask for their SWIFT code number. The bank informs me they have no SWIFT code and anyone wishing to transfer money internationally to them will have to use an intermediary.

I then contacted Carl at Sunset Slots 'live chat' and he categorically stated "without a swift code we cannot pay you".

Looks like my only option is to set up a new bank account at a large bank like Bank of America or Chase or similar?
Not sure I want to do all that if my new account will require a minimum deposit or restrictions of some sort.

I won about $2,500 from this site and asked for withdrawl. I received an email from Sunset support stating, "Please be advised that we received notification from our processor that they are having problems sending payment to Bank of America. The processor confirmed they will be unable to process to Bank of America until further notice." They then asked me to provide an alternative bank. So if you are thinking about opening a BOA account, this will not work. They also indicated that they do not support any other method of payment, so I can't request a courier check like other casinos. I asked if they could provide me with a supported banks to avoid this situation again. We'll see if they are able to do so. I'm getting a bit worried about no-pay though. Has anyone in the US ever received payment from this Casino?

I am really disappointed with this casino and will never play there again. I was told last week by Vincent in customer support that I would receive payment by Friday -- Monday at the absolute latest. Well, Friday came and went, and with only 1.5 hours left in the banking day, I'm guessing I'm getting the same run-around others have experienced as I just spoke with Scott from support and he said my withdraw was processed on the May 10th. I asked him why it wasn't in my bank yet then, and he claimed the old famous "processor delays" excuse. I'm guessing I'll never see a penny from this place. . . If I don't receive payment by tomorrow, I'm going to PAB.
 
I would stay away from this joint, they can't even answer simple questions after making promises to do so.

I recently received a promotional cd in the mail from Sunset Slots. They offer a $50.00 no deposit bonus. Must play $1,500.00, which I have done, and withdraw a max of $350.00.
I gave it a shot and lo and behold my winnings are up to $498.00....so am attempting to wd the $350.00.
Am unable to wd 'yet' because I don't have my banks SWIFT code number. Will have to call the bank on Monday.
The casino also requires me to make a minimum deposit of $25.00 before I can withdraw.

Seems like it will be worth it. I will have followup posts to this as things progress.

If I were you, I wouldn't touch this place. See some of the other threads to learn what trouble other players have had there.
 
Once upon I played here,then they sent an email saying they no longer take Canadians; I think this was over a year ago.
Couldn't have been this casino then.
They only opened this year - and Canadians have been barred from ALL Rival casinos since February 2009...

you would think that they could send equivalent of there currency or travelers checks insured in a package by fedex ,i mean jewelers do it all the time with diamonds and such insure the pkg
