Suggestion for NetEnt

Giving the players access to their play history, Microgaming style, would be a nice addition.

Someone in the Winner Screenshots thread asked a NetEnt CSR for a screenshot of his win and they gave it to him, the actual screen with the symbols and all (just like MG). Since the system is already in place it shouldn't be that hard to give us a direct access to it? And If you'd want to go the extra mile you could also give us access to our RTP for each session.

Good Idea

I would also like to see the 'Quick Spin' option on more games. I always play quick spin on MG and RTG - Sometimes DOA can be ultra slow...

I would also like to see the option of removing animation completely to increase game speed.

It's a good idea for players and operators.
We get asked a lot and we have to knock up a spreadsheet and do some heavy cut n pasting to get the players RTP as NetEnt doesn't have an easy way to do this.
Even doing it manually we can only go back 6 months.
If a CSR won't do it for you I recommend emailing the casino manager, it's likely CSRs don't know how to do it.

I would also like to know my RTP, something Betsafe wouldn't tell me. Netent could include that.

.

Good suggestion Balthazar

What Andy said is also what I have been told in the past by other casino people. It is possible to find the RTP within a certain period of time (for example for the last 3 weeks), but it takes a little bit of an effort, which is probably why they (ordinary support) are unable (or unwilling) to help.

Thanks Andy :) I think Netent should really look into doing this for both the casino operators and the players as that would probably be a useful tool for both. Thanks for the heads up, I'll remember to ask the management instead.
