Quick update.

Withdrawal came through quick, received from Flavidus Ltd for £242.69 which is less than expected as withdrawal request was for £250.20.

Whilst checking my statement, I see that my GBP deposits on the site have also been manipulated as follows:

Deposits of £20.00 were debited from my account as £21.02
Deposit of £50.00 was debited as £52.77
Deposit of £15.00 was debited as £15.75
Deposit of £20.00 was debited as £21.01

So, in summary it seems you get less than your withdrawal amount but your deposits get debited from your account as more, even though my account at the casino site is set up and traded in GBP! There was no currency conversion to consider so these discrepancies are somewhat unexpected and is very worrying that deposits I authorised have since gone through for different amounts. Looks like I am down £15 in these variations, even though amounts concerned are relatively low.

Hmmmm, sorry, but this doesn't look too great in light of this!

Been watching this thread with interest. Have not joined the casino at this time. But have to say so far they seem on top of every issue. So kudos to them for that! Its easy to bash a casino so its good to give praise where and when its due. Think the £20 cash gesture was a good touch and resolved the issue without question.

One reason why i wont join sugarcasino as long as this term exists. Lets be honest, in most cases im not going to cash out that amount but what if i hit a jp at for example DOA? Would be horrible to not get the full amount.

Well I checked last night and again today and under the 1st Deposit bonus terms quote

"Players are only allowed to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a deposit/reload bonus. Any additional winning credits will then be forfeited."

If it was 300/400% bonus sure but on a 100% bonus with 35xs playthrough its one of the worst I have seen for a bonus. Would be mad to take it.
Imagine a £30 deposit and your max withdraw is only £300. Poison chalice for sure.

I dont take many bonus offers but for a new casino will. But not in the case. Simply not worth it and imagine hitting big! No thanks

Thats the point. Im happy with the casinos im already registered at. Im verified and i know i get my cash in hours (sometimes minutes or instant). If i want to play without a bonus i can do that at anytime at my favorite places.

So i "need" something special from a new casino to get me as a customer. And if they have restrictions i dont like i simply dont join. No chance for them to show me that they are a great casino as well and get me as a loyal customer.

I would like to inform you that this term is still active in our terms and condition and it is still applied at the moment, however i have submitted all your comments to Sugar Casino management in order to change/remove the term. Also this terms does not apply in case of Jackpots. I really apologise for the mistake made by our live chat operator.

Thanks for clarifying Andrea took a while for the CS agent to understand my question.

As for those who do play bonuses this is one of the worst terms ever on what is a very standard 100% with 35x play through.

I will be refraining from joining and depositing. A whole of host of casinos to choose from who offer the exact same bonus but without
the withdraw restrictions in case a player does make it through to cash out.

But do appreciate your response to this

This is completely piss-poor and makes the site unplayable. As Simmo! said the other day these SUB restrictions and max cash-outs are becoming more common. If you look at VPL and FL and also a few other MG downloads they have '6x D+B' on the SUB which is slightly better than this, and hitherto Sugar the worst I'd seen.

So one 3-reel WD on IR 1.20 stake, a retrigger DoA bonus with NO wildline 45p stake, a good win on Rockets at £1 stake - I could go on, but you get the picture; on 50 deposit+SUB all those wins could well be capped if you cashed-out after meeting WR.

I'm sorry, but any casino that restricts you to a 500x stake cash-out on a level 1 unit bet for a 50 deposit+SUB is a joke shop.

Agreed and what I pasted here was just part of the chat. I asked the same question at least 3 times. "What if any is the max cash when playing a bonus ?" and each time I got a different answer. At first I gave benefit of the doubt but when one of his reply's was its "35xs playthrough" I felt I have to say he playing dumb and knew what I was saying or asking but wanted to dodge the bullet. It really is a crap bonus term and every player who looks for a Bonus should avoid any kind of deposit at this casino unless they see the sense to lift it.

The reply from the CS is worrying and is enough to ensure I probably wont be depositing here even if they do change the terms. Shame as the rep here seems active and engaging.
