I thought id try this SLS Bet out, the site looks ok with plenty of games both live and electronic. Tbf, it started ok. im a UK resident and tax payer (British) so I uploaded my passport and driving license which is standard plus I have no issues with security. I made some deposits and a few small withdrawals. all ok and paid the following day so all was good. Then I put in a bigger withdrawal and things started to go very wrong. I was asked to send in photos of my debit/credit cards, 5 in total. no big issue, done it all before. Then I was asked to send in a statement from each card. a bit annoying when they could of asked in the last email. Anyway, I did this....no response. Withdrawal still pending. Then I was asked to send in statements clearly showing payments to them. This is when I started thinking, delaying tactics. They knew I was new to the site so I would have to wait for my next card statement to show this, so probably 2-3 weeks away. anyway, I decided to take screen shots of my cards clearly showing pending payments to them. This was ignored...
the final straw came when I was asked again to send in photos of my credit cards. The whole experience had been a joke. ive asked for their complaints procedure and to date, no reply. Next stop complaint to UK gambling commission.
