Another case of complete negligence: on a simple player issue of less than 100€ Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) locked the player out and refused any explanation beyond quoting their T&Cs. Our attempts to represent the player where totally ignored.

Warning: Stryyke is locking player accounts and with-holding winnings without allowing the affected player's any recourse to Customer Service. And they'll ignore the efforts of third parties to assist. Avoid them!

Update: Stryyke has registered at the site, member name Stryyke_Team, and is now looking into the issue.

Ok, to recap: this Warning was issued because Stryyke was totally unresponsive to player issues I tried to raise with them. At this point Stryyke is clearly trying to address this issue, although the details of their position is still somewhat unclear, and I believe that renders this Warning unnecessary.

So, at this point I am withdrawing the Warning: Stryyke _is_ responding to this issue which is what we asked of them in the first place.

Ok, this is an old Warning but things seem to be deteriorating at Stryyke so I'm bumping this back onto the active list:

Warning: Over the past couple months I have received a number of complaints from former employees and "pro" players at Stryyke. In all cases thousands of dollars are being withheld. Communication with Stryyke on these issues varies from difficult to non-existant. While these are not player issues they do indicate a general tendency for Stryyke to freely break their commitments.

It is my assessment that this internal strife is alarming and may well indicate a general deterioration in Stryyke's willingness and/or ability to meet their financial obligations. My perception of this situation is severely worsened by Stryyke's refusal to communicate with us on these issues. It is on these grounds that I am renewing this Warning against Stryyke, albeit under somewhat different circumstances than what prompted the original Warning.

UPDATE:

From CASINOMEISTER'S LONDON REPORT (5 February 2010):
... Max and I met up with the CEO of Stryyke Casino and one of his administrators at the 2010 ICE in London. ... We discussed their previous issues and came to an agreement that they would be placed in our "probation" section for six months to see how things go. We have a direct line of communication now, and they seem to be genuinely concerned about their business and their players. ...

If anyone has any issues with them, please contact Max Link Outdated / Removed.

Based on Stryyke's "probation" I am changing the status of this Warning to "Under Review". If all goes well the Warning will be withdrawn and archived.
