My withdrawal at PlayOjo also disappeared.
First I got an email my withdrawal was reversed and something about a spanner in the works. (even though it wasn't reversed, it just disappeared. No record of me requesting it anywhere in my account)
So I went to live chat and was told a human error was made, appologies for any inconvenience and I was offered 15 free spins on either Ninja slot or Hot Wheels. Eventually accepted the free spins on Hot Wheels. As expekted I won next to nothing.
3 hours later I got this email (still not explaining on which term the winnings have been voided):
"Dear Kim,

I am contacting you further to the funds that we have recently removed from your account.

Kindly note that due to an error we have credited your account with free spins on game Happy Halloween however, you were not eligible for this offer.

Due to the above we have cancelled your withdrawal and removed all the winnings collected from those free spins.

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused

Although it maybe was to be expekted, I still was very disappointed when my withdrawal disappeared.

chat told me that, this was because i used my playojo+money and rewards, so everyone who has used those that came from halloween slot freespins money will not be able to withdraw anything.
