Strict verification advice (rizk)

    Hi folks, just a little advice would be welcome, isnt a 'complaint' as such - more , im not sure what to do.

    This is regarding verification that is often asked for by casino's. This week I have been playing at Rizk - enjoyed the site and games, and yesterday won all my money back and a little more that id spent the previous week. (im not a big spending player, more on the lesser side).

    Out of all casino's ive played at , this was the very first time I've had problems withdrawing due to very strict verification rules. See, I don't have a passport, or drivers license - and i dont have an i.d card because i've never had the need for one (why would I really at my age) ?

    All other casinos ive used have accepted everything ive given, including photo's of myself holding paperwork etc. and have withdrawn without a problem. After speaking to live help and by email, apparently Rizk wont budge on the photo i.d thing - which leaves me in a position unless I go out of my way to order a uk i.d card (costing me money that would then not really make it worth my while withdrawing).

    Am i really stuck with giving in and sorting out i.d (begrudgingly!). I considered playing further with the funds to see if i could increase my win and make it worthwhile me sorting i.d out - but i locked the withdrawal and it cant be unlocked until it times out and the withdrawal is cancelled! (most likely because i simply wouldn't be able to get the i.d in time even if i went that route).

    Bit dissapointing this is the first time i've had this problem anywhere with withdrawals. Is there anyone official from Rizk in here that could help more than their live help maybe? (they tried to help but i think were stuck by rules etc)

    Hi there, thanks for the reply! I thought there was a Rizk rep on here but i couldn't quite remember.

    Ive registered, deposited and played at a few different casinos the last couple of months. Ive withdrawn from a few of those giving me no problems whatsoever.

    These other sites have asked for a combination of bank statement photo (or other official letter with name/details on), a photo of my card (front and back), a photo
    of my birth certificate and in a couple of cases I was suggested a photo of myself holding my birth certificate (paperwork!) and sending that as picture i.d of myself
    instead of the passport/dl route.

    Ive never had a passport or travelled abroad in my 43 years, and I dont have a current drivers license. National I.d cards i believe were scrapped 6 years ago , and
    from what I can tell the only i.d cards you can get are age based ones , that cost to get hold of and have their own requirements for getting. So this leaves me pretty
    stuck in what to do really. At a push I could try for one of these i.d cards , but as i say its got its own requirements, they take time to process even if i tried to get one
    and in the end wouldn't be worth the money i was originally withdrawing.

    As i say, never had this level of 'strict verification' at another site before. which is a shame because i understand there has to be rules and security procedures, and i like
    the site and games etc.

    I'll see if i can contact their rep and if theres any more advice they can give.

    and just from curiosity how or with what kind of legit documents you are taking money from your bank ... hmm..in my country is against the law not having an ID,passport you dont have to,but ID is must .

    In my country its not against the law not to have official (photo) i.d. The government based official i.d was scrapped years ago - so officially there is none in that sense. So I don't have that, I dont have a passport
    because I've never travelled abroad, and I dont have the drivers licence. This hasn't stopped me giving everything asked of every other online casino ive used and withdrawn with - and being verified with no problem.
