Something very annoying happened to me with Next Casino and just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem.
I tried to withdraw 503 euro from them and waited the next day to appear in my Skrill account.
It did not arrive when i expected so decided to check my account with them and noticed my playing balance was over 600 euro again.
I then checked my e-mail and noticed i had an e-mail from them informing me the withdrawal had been rollbacked but no explanation why.
I then spoke to CS who explained even though i had deposited with my Skrill i had to withdraw at least 97 euro or something like that to my debit card.
No problem i said i will do that and rest to my skrill.
Tried to withdraw to my debit card but kept getting a system error.Spoke to CS again and had to send them a screenshot of the problem.
A few hours later my debit card details had been deleted and was told i had to re-register the card then DEPOSIT again with my card then withdraw it all to the card.
I told them i had no funds available on my card to do this as i use my Skrill more often than not now.
Anyway i have had another e-mail back from them to say they would not help that way and i had register and deposit debit card.
I have sent a PM to the rep here and i understand it is the weekend so did not expect a reply.
I ended up just saying feck it and hammered the games and lost but that was my problem not theirs but i am disappointed the way the casino has acted and it puts me of playing with the casino group now.

I had the same problem with Next, last week. I deposited using Neteller, but they insisted that i withdraw to my debit card, even though i hadn't used my card to deposit for about 6 weeks, and i'd made several deposits and withdrawals using Neteller since i used my card
 
That is very unusual for Next Casino. I have never had a problem with them whatsoever. Mind you, last time I played I busted out so there was no withdrawal to test the waters. Their rep is one of the mostly gentlemenly men in this business so I am sure he will look into this and offer some sort of compensation (I hope so anyway). I guess that is one very good reason to play at Videoslots -- they never to seem to be offline and respond almost immediately no matter the time of day or weeknight or weekend. Quite important especially when shit like this occurs.
 
The answers i received just were a bit vague i thought.
To receive the first e-mail to tell me it had been rollebacked without explaining why to me was crazy.And to be told i had to deposit again left me just shaking my head with amazement.
Barbara me losing yes was crazy but instead of my 30 or 60 cent bets i just was annoyed and upped them to 90cent and when the slots are cold like they were then your cash can go very quickly and of course i thought they might turn so lack of discipline.
 
You were just pissed off thebigs. I know what that feels like and I know what we do when we get that way. I really do hope that you receive some sort of compensation as this would not have happened if they had not screwed up. I know we are responsible for our own actions but let's face it -- you would have cooled off and not gambled all that had everything worked properly. I think most of us have been there -- done that.
 
I think all the payments are handled by EveryMatrix, So it might not actually be Next's fault.
 
Also having minor issues depositing at Next. Depositing via e-wallet works fine enough, but if I deposit using Paysafe, the amounts never correspond.

A $50 CAD Paysafe for example, will ONLY go through if I put if for $49 CAD cause Everymatrix or Next or Whoever over estimates converting it into euros and the transaction will fail, unless I chop off the $1.

Its not a big deal, but I do lose $1 every time I deposit.

Perhaps it's a fee they aren't sharing with me? I reported it to IT via email a few times now and they do not reply.

I think it is odd, and i had something similar, but in InterCasino.. Didn't understand it then either, even after an extensive chat with support, but it was all settled with a few more transactions.

If you do use several deposit methods, this can apparently happen from time to time. Glad Eric made things right for you, and sorry you lost the WD, but i also agree that should not have happened! Not that i haven't done that countless times:)

Anyway, i would stick to just 0ne deposit method from now on, sure makes things easier!
 
Most sites do this including VS, Before I started using skrill alot I always used debit card, When I went to take some cash out I was informed I had to deposit back to my card to the amount I had deposited in the past, Than free to withdraw to what ever,

Its abit annoying as what happens if you closed the bank? I know we would be in safe hands if this sort of thing happend at VS but we talking every matrix now, I know next casino is one of the good guys,

Like its been pointed out I think it was every matrix that might have returned it, I know some sites work interdependent to a degree such like the casino push the withdraw quick to EV but it would be out of next hands if they EM returned it,

To add a withdraw back to a players account is bang out of order, It should of been put on hold, Very responsible gaming that is :confused:
