Something very annoying happened to me with Next Casino and just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem.
I tried to withdraw 503 euro from them and waited the next day to appear in my Skrill account.
It did not arrive when i expected so decided to check my account with them and noticed my playing balance was over 600 euro again.
I then checked my e-mail and noticed i had an e-mail from them informing me the withdrawal had been rollbacked but no explanation why.
I then spoke to CS who explained even though i had deposited with my Skrill i had to withdraw at least 97 euro or something like that to my debit card.
No problem i said i will do that and rest to my skrill.
Tried to withdraw to my debit card but kept getting a system error.Spoke to CS again and had to send them a screenshot of the problem.
A few hours later my debit card details had been deleted and was told i had to re-register the card then DEPOSIT again with my card then withdraw it all to the card.
I told them i had no funds available on my card to do this as i use my Skrill more often than not now.
Anyway i have had another e-mail back from them to say they would not help that way and i had register and deposit debit card.
I have sent a PM to the rep here and i understand it is the weekend so did not expect a reply.
I ended up just saying feck it and hammered the games and lost but that was my problem not theirs but i am disappointed the way the casino has acted and it puts me of playing with the casino group now.
