Strange Event

I has a streamer on computer while watching Netflix. I hear all this yelling from computer. switch screens. He was playing black jack a flash occurred on scanner coming out of shoe. I did not see this need to wait for streamer to end so I can re-watch. However Chat is saying software is using green screen cards now. Is this possible?
Didn't see it so just going by what chat is saying - if this is true its a very scary thought.
