The only way to beat them is to stop playing. I have lost 100,000 please dont get into that situation. I have played on several, casino on net, sands (identical patterns) Harrods the worst on average winning 4-5 out of 18 hands) but the bottom line is they let you win on low bets and take you down when you increase, you just cant win. And on occassions when you do the next time you play you will lose it all, its all about the % they will keep you playing until you have wagered enough to bring you down.

The only wya we can beat them now is to stop playing.

Sands have now locked my accout after losing 70,000 because I asked for the correct payout of two poker hands i played. Amount 400 dollars, that tells you something doesnt it.

What games were you playing and how long did it take to lose that much?

I am glad you decided to finally stop playing. Its a shame you did not do it sooner

I believe years from now we will have solid proof that all online casinos cheat. Personally, I'm about done with online gambling, and I'm quitting because I believe it is impossible to get both a fair game and a casino that pays.

I tell everyone I know to avoid playing on the internet; it really isnt worth the risk. I tell everyone I know to stick to land-based casinos in regulated 1st world countries. If you do that you have almost no chance of being cheated. But if you gamble online, you risk being cheated every time you play.

Its a shame, but online casinos have done this to themselves. The industry should have policed itself long ago, but it's all about money and offering fair games gets in the way of profit.

Dirk, you've been around for some time and I used to read your excellent and insightful posts with the greatest respect. That is until you turned all negative on Internet gambling.

Now, you refuse to admit even the possibility that there are sound operations out there. You've given up on the industry, you proclaim yet you still appear with the same jaundiced attitude on all the major message boards, all the time.

It seems over the past two years that every time you post its the same proclamation that you have personally abandoned online gambling and the implication that every operation out there is a crook etc etc etc. Nothing but negativity, and that is a pity because you're no longer rendering the useful advice and smart, gambling-wise assistance that were the hallmark of your posts at one time.

In fact, you're not offering any solutions or assistance beyond the repetitive suggestion that everyone packs up and says the hell with it the way you (claim) you have done.

No one is stupid enough to deny that there is way too much skulduggery out there for peace of mind, but the reasonable and fair visitor knows that there are also good operations for those who take care and research before signing up. Unfortunately, and as we all know that doesn't help the newbies who get sucked in to the rotten casinos and ripped off, but does that justify this slamming of the entire industry every time you post?

Assuming that you have decided not to abandon Internet gambling after all, I would have thought your time could be more constructively spent finding and advising newbies on the safe places to play, or exposing the bad bastards or supporting moves to help clean up the business or helping stiffed gamblers or even just offering your considerable gambling experience to others.

You were always a reasonable man with interesting views and smart ideas - now it seems to me that you have joined a small category of vociferous but do-nothing complainers and that is truly unfortunate.

    My experiences

I have played mostly only reputable casinos and mainly black jack but the same patterns on all. When I say i lsot 100,000 i mean pounds not dollars

Casino on net about 50,000 I think the most i was ever up on a day was about 2,000 but soon lost it all and if i ever did bank then the next time i played would lose, double on 11 always get an Ace, anyone who plays know all these outcomes.

Reef club connected to casino just lost and then got barred

Sands 80,000 would continuously lose, twice banked about 4,000 compared to lots of times losing that amount, and again you go on next time and you lose, its all to do with the % did have one could night and banked 15,000 but again but then lost another 5 05 6 before they locked my account.

Harrods is one of the worst in obvious fixed cards sllightly different patterns to the others but again double you lose, split aces get 2 or 3 but hit on 12 as many times as yuou like anfd the only times you dont get a 10 is when dealer has 20 which is often. Win on average 4 out of 12 hands..

So however reputable they are they are still fixed you can not win unless you join play happen to win a lot and never play again as all they will do id keep you playing enough to take you down when you hit the 97% payout.

Thanks for saying 100 times better than I could exactly what I was thinking when I read his ridiculous post last nite but was too tired to respond.

Funny he tells everyone to not play but he's only "about done with online gambling." Good heavens, get it over with. Follow your own advice. Just do it. Quit, would ya please?

I have to say that if all online casinos are rigged, then why would they have allowed Pirateface to win 1.3 million dollars??? And another point is this... Lasseter's claims that they're the only government regulated casino out there on the internet. Maybe true.. maybe not.. maybe an outdated statement.. I'm not sure. But here is a casino that is proud to claim that it's run under strict government regulation... and I couldn't win there with a machine-gun, if I had one. I spent a pretty good amount of time and money there also. So where's the logic in these points that I have made if in fact all internet casinos are rigged? Surely no casino is going to let a man win over a million dollars if it is rigged.

Why on earth do you want to hit on soft 12? It seems you don't even play by the basic strategy.
There is a house edge of around 0.5% for Black Jack and as such, you should and will loose. Since you don't follow basic strategy, you'll loose much faster than the others. I'd say 97% payout is not too bad.
Stop playing now! The more you play, the more you loose.
No sir, the money you lost is gone for good. You will NOT win them back.
Go find a date, go for a vacation, see a movie, do something different. If you just can't stop, you'll need serious help NOW.

I agree JPM that Pirate didn't get the full amount, because he's apparantly sworn to secrecy according to whatever agreement they came to. If he had gotten it all, then the casino would want him to shout it from the rooftops. It seems as though they made him satisfied one way or another...unless they just killed him. LOL!

What I meant was that the people saying all the places are rigged will use that as further proof. Which is just plain silly. Yes there are rigged ones, but no, I don't think they are all rigged.

it's great propaganda for a casino to be able to say that someone won $1.3 million there
then the average joe will think that he too can strike it rich and try his luck there

and hhc... i think you misread ... he said... split aces.. you get a 2 or 3...
but hit on a (hard) 12 ... and you'll most likely get a 10 ... unless if the dealer's holding a 20 to begin with

Whatever you do is always the wrong decision if dealer has a 10 and yuou 12-16 and you hit always bust they then turn over a 6 but if you didnt hit they would have 20 or if a 6 then they hit and get a 5. If they have a 6 showing and you dont hit they will either turn a 5 or a 4 and get 10 of course or if they turn over a 10 will get a 5. If on the other hand you dont bust when you hit and end up with 18 or 19 that is because they have 20. If they wernt rigged why is it that different packages have different patterns which are obvious. I was playing sands once and out of 349 hands dealer had on average 19, 20 and 21 70 times each. I was playing multi hands so prob had about 700 hands to there 349 and had on average those results 20 times each.

Do you not think it odd how often dealer pulls the right card to make 21 compared to player and why when double on 11 do aces come up far more often than any other time you hit. And why when player has 20 about 80% of the time dealer does too.

Also on one hand dealer had 2 ace of spades as did I what are the odd on that happening.

    My Opinion...for what its worth

    Hi everyone,

While I have not been posting, I have been coming in and reading now and then. I have mixed feelings about online gambing. First of all, if anyone says that they always have a winning month, I think they are not telling the truth. Having said that, the upside to online gambling is that it is so damn convenient. You park your butt in front of your computer, I usually wear a tee shirt and bikini undies, and I am off to the races. I play heavily, lose most of the time, but I really do not care because I can afford it. To me, this is my entertainment. However, the down side is much worse than the upside. I am a VIP player *big deal*, yet, I get real pissed when a casino takes 7 days to refund to my PrepaidATM account. When this does happen, I simply delete the casino. Today, for the first time since signing up with Roxy Palace and that was about 6 months ago (or longer, who knows) I decided to cashin because I won alot of money real fast. I called customer service and asked them to flush my cashin and was told NO. I said "why"? They said it is not their policy. I can accept that, however, it is not MY policy to let some rat casino hold my cash for 7 days...so I shot off an email to the manager, of whom CS would not give me his/her name, and told them that I will no longer be dealing with them. Another pet peeve that bugs me is why do casinos not process cashins on weekends? This is a 24/7 cash business, yet they refuse to work on weekends....makes no sense to me. I will be dealing more with land based casinos from now on. I get treated great, get paid instantly, and I have a reason to put some clothes on..lol.

I agree with Milly. I have so many times busted on 12 it isnt funny. Then when I double down on a 10 or 11 I pull out an ace, 2 or 3 almost always and lose. Where are the 10's when I double down.:(. Yesterday the dealer pulled 7 cards to tie me at 20. aces,2,ace,2 etc..

I also notice dealers having an upcard of 6, flipping over a 4 or 5 and pulling a ten. or having a 3 flipping over a 8 and getting a 10. It would be ok if stuff like this happened for you but it seems like only the dealer can get this kind of luck on a regular basis.

I have no proof of cheating and am not accuseing them but just seems really odd the amount of 20 or 21's they get. Microgaming stats one day had like 8 percent blackjacks, 12 percent 21 and 25 some percent 20 as dealer final hands.
