This casino is in casinomeister's blacklist, but I didnt know about this site, when I was registering at Sterlinghouse (that was 2003). In two words I won more than 450 GBP not violationg any rules, but they have put my location (Latvia) to their country list, where players cant play in this casino (changed the terms) and frozen my account with winnings, returning to me only the deposit amount (half a year passed after requesting a withdrawal). There were no any formal reason for not to pay me, so casino administration decided such unfair way. Their fake watchdog OPA also not responding on my e-mails.
