WARNING Staybet is abusing players, ignoring complaints

The problems with Staybet have been worsening as the year has passed. We first started receiving complaints in the spring (February through April) regarding slow-pay / no-pay situations. The worst of them was where the casino retroactively applied some new bonus terms to confiscate €4000+, admitted they were in the wrong after we pressed them on the facts of the case and in the end they offered nothing better than to return the player's deposits.

Through the summer we had more cases arrive of various no-pay complaints which the casino did not respond to.

And now into the fall the problems continue: a German player's winnings denied because of a detail in the "max bet" clause that only appears in English and not the player's native German. The casino says "English rules prevail" even though they've had 18 months to update the German Terms since the clause was added to the English side.

This all adds up to some very hostile and dodgy rule enforcement by the casino against its players:

WARNING: Staybet is abusing its players through inconsistent and predatory Terms and Terms enforcement. To make matters worse the casino is no longer responding to player complaints. Players are advised to avoid this casino until such time as the casino has proven that they've cleaned up their act.

A new rep has come forward and asked for all unresolved cases to be re-submitted. I've done so. Hopefully something good will come of this.
 
FWIW we keep hearing reports of non-payment at StayBet. Now more than ever players are strongly advised to avoid this casino.
