I could care less what most of you have to say especially if your siding with the well KNOWN RTG crooks to begin with...
Just got a chance to read this thread, and I think Actoreddie is confusing Club World with Club Player as being a roguish operation. As most of us would agree, Club World is above board and is an excellent operation that was awarded "Best New Casino" at Casinomeister this past year for a reason - and they've held up to this standard in my opinion.
I'm sorry that Eddie seems to feel that anyone who disagrees with him is the "enemy". We are here to discuss things, and a legitimate discussion includes a thoughtful look at both sides of the coin. You will find this here in this forum.
Actoreddie first contacted me in February 2007 with an email entitled "HOW THE HELL CAN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT CASINOMEISTER!" 642 words in one paragraph.
He had a laundry list of "evil" casinos: Sci-Fi, Intertops, Club World, Breakaway, Grand Aces, iNetBet, Bodog, - He made assuptions such as "You Must be on RTG's Payroll and even Intertops since you claim they are good!"
He boasted of being a TV actor and that he had CBS' ear and US World News Report, and the best thing to happen was the US legislation. He also lamented me for not warning players about all these CROOKS.
I responded:
Hi Edward,
If you have a legitimate complaint, then feel free to PAB here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/
What it seems to me is that you are a sore loser. You're throwing around a lot of "they're crooks" comments and without anything to back this up - it just seems like a rant. The payouts on RTG casino are just fine. Feel free to post your experiences on our forum and I'm sure you'll have a number of other players who have no problem playing at RTG casinos. I endorse a few - sure, and these guys are really very good. Club World for instance is a very conscientious, thoughtful and fair operator. If you have a problem with his casino, please submit this to me and I'll have him address this personally.
As for the random jackpots, they seem to be far and few between, but I've won one myself and posted this in our winner's screenshots - so they
do happen.
I must disagree with you on the point of the US legislation. This opens the door to scraggly bona-fide clip shot operators moving in. The responsible ones are moving out. This is nothing to be proud of.
Sincerely,
Bryan
His response:
I think you missed the boat Bryan. You should NOT have such a website nor should anyone lend much credibility to your website! It's NOT about being a sore loser asshole, I lost close to $100,000 thus far on line, I have statements to prove it! So your barking up the wrong tree there. Apparently, you are definitely subsidized by these CROOKED websites, as you wouldn't be promoting these bastards if there was nothing in it for you! Furthermore, the few websites I'm dealing with already refunded some of my money, then WHY, if they are so... legitimate, obviously when I complained enough and got major media involved they had something to hide!. Your rationalizations suck and your website is useless to the players, as I know MANY other portals, watchdog sites and PLAYERS have had MAJOR complaints with about 90% of the RTG sites. I need say no more. Now you too will be included in my investigation and story. I was hoping you'd be a legit operation. I was WRONG Mr/. Bailey.
So he calls me an asshole and threatens to include me in this "investigation" in his second email.
My response:
Hi Edward,
Apparently you have not done your homework. Take a look at Casinomeister again and tell me I don't warn players against playing at "roguish" operations. Further, I don't even offer casino banners or links to US players. Another thing, if you have a legitimate gripe - one that you can explain clearly in a paragraph or two, then by all means submit it to me.
Again, it does seem like you are a sore loser. You're ranting about all these "crooks" and boasting about some "investigations" and calling me an a-hole. Grow up Mr. xxx. Take some responsibility for your own actions and quit blaming others for your own personal mistakes.
Sincerely,
Bryan
And one more:
Hi Eddie,
Have you thought about checking into an anger management class?
Cheers!
Bryan
He then sends me a series of emails, one from a CBS "correspondent"

Subject: Investigations Unit CBS NEWS New YorK
To Whom It May Concern,
We have received a complaint from a local resident and business affiliate that he has been cheated out of $640 exactly, in addition, to him being owed $100 by yet another alleged fraudulent casino called Intertops and approx. $1700 from Club World Casino whom he claimed paid him $500 back to date but he is seeking ALL deposits returned to his bank since he claims the money was extorted from him and these casinos will not credit him back, in full, what could essentially be considered unauthorized debits or the "misuse" of his funds from the malicious software outcomes. We are in receipt of ALL e-mails and supportive documentation he has sent that is under review by our initial investigation process and truthfully they clearly depict that SCi FI on-line casino has many complaints against them to begin with as well as CWC. Intertops, on the other hand has been most cooperative and refunded Mr. xxx for everything ($880) but $100 that he claims he is entitled to and from what the e-mail states he is. In any case, we will be handling the initial investigation and if we find it warrants further attention, we will hand the story over to our editor for review and a possible "Public Interest" spot to be aired here in the states. You will be informed of an air date, if any. Again, according to what we were given as supportive documentation by Mr. xxx, we feel to the above "on-line" casinos that it is in your best interest to refund his money of $640, $1700 and $100 respectively. It is Illegal for any wagering or money laundering, which many 3rd party processors are fraudulently engaging in despite the new anti-gaming law. Most of these 3rd party processors for payment, including Visa & MasterCard have adhered to the new law and the funding of casino accounts.

Funny how this "journalist" writes in one paragraph. Her email address by the way is a free @verizon.net email address. How professional.
My response:
Hi Eddie,
I have no idea why you are coming across like this to me. You say you have given up? You haven't even asked me for advice or told me exactly what the problem is.
I am aware of unscrupulous behavior amongst some RTG casinos (Intertops by the way is Microgaming). But this behavior has nothing to do with the software. These are management problems.
As far as I am concerned, the software is legit - and I've been involved in this industry going on nine years. I am also in contact with thousands of players - rarely are there complaints about the software unless a bug is found, then all hell breaks loose. But problems with the casinos? Yes (just check out the rogue section at Casinomeister).
You say you were cheated. Well, how? You need to be specific and if you submit a complaint to me, I can have the right people respond to it. If it's a software problem - I can have the software supplier look into this. If it's a problem with a management decision, I can have the operators look at this.
By the way, the email you forwarded to me from Karla Jones lacks understanding of the way things operate. She mass emailed her email to support emails etc. That's not the way to get answers in this business, and they'll just blow her off. If she wants answers she needs to bypass support and go to the operators.
If you want me to help you out. I'm here. If you submit a complaint via PAB
https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/ I can probably get to it tonight.
Sincerely,
Bryan
Well, he PABd against Intertops, which was looked into immediately. They made a refund to the guy because he threatened them with charge backs. This was in February, and he signed up in the forum last week. By the way, the dude has a verizon.net email address.
I don't know, but this reeks of blackmail to me. And I am rather surprised that a professional actor (his admission [not mine] in his user profile) would come across this way. He clearly lacks communicative skills, and I don't really appreciate his attitude.
I'm still willing to help the guy, but seriously, chill out dude!
