    Please be warned that these guys are routless and their practises are rogue!

    They reverse your withdrawal without informing the customers, they dont send any email that they need documents or anything.

    They want you to send in a written signed document everytime you deposit.

    Good luck ever getting paid at this site!

    I have not heard of them, But I guess some have, They obvious want the signed deposit form so there's no charge backs, Outrageous, Just imagine if all casino's did this, The industry would be in a right state of affairs.

    Terms out it's yet another NetEnt + MG casino, but not UK licensed and with a ridiculous Bonus x50 WR on the Welcome Insult.

    I would like to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but some of their terms are pretty roguish to me.

    Mostly the term number 16.
    "The Casino further reserves the right to limit any withdrawal/s from bonus/free money/ to (6) times the value of the bonus and 100 casino credits currency from winnings attained from bonus free games or free spins issued. Note that this applies to progressive jackpot wins as well. This limit is applied to all bonuses where no deposit has been made unless otherwise specified. This includes the limiting of any cash withdrawal from the initial no deposit bonus until the fifty (50) times play through requirement has been met."

    So this is applied to all bonuses, and even progressive jackpots........ I mean i could understand if this was a no deposit thing, but applied to all deposit bonuses.... Its just awful.

    I get the impression it is always applied to no deposit bonuses , and also can be applied to all bonuses. There is already a few complaints about the other casinos which have the same term like euromoon, where they have applied this 6x rule to bonus wins from a deposit bonus.

    However madslots is new to me so i don't know if they have applied this term or not, but anyway it is pretty scary.....

    This showed up in my email today, not sure how they got my name, but I thought what the heck. One would think reading it, that you would get 50 free spins as it states just for registering, but not the case. I went to chat and you have to deposit to get the 50, even though it states 100 free spins after depositing. I have gotten so many BS emails lately, I wouldn't be surprised if some casinos are selling your name.

    Any half decent casino would have your details secured, Saying that nothing is secured now days,Only takes one pissed off worker and bang details will be flying around to dodgy affiliates, Its even been known that well known casinos have worked with spammers before,

    These emails we get are mostly of affiliates, & believe me there is some out there that will tell you anything to get you to sign up, Always make sure the offer is available by talking to help,

    No, This was def from the Casino directly. It came from their website. I noticed that GoWild has been sending out emails concerning new Casinos too, my son is getting bombarded with them. I'm getting fed up with the whole thing. Everything is seeming so sketchy lately.

    here is my experience with Madslots casino.

    I joined them in September. They have called me very next day and asked if everything is alright. They were also encouraging me to update my account and send them my documents. Ok, they take care of their players I thought.

    Later I made few deposits without any luck and in November I received email with bonus offer. I made 100€ deposit, received bonus, had luck and won around 6800€, met wager requirements and I made withdrawal. I send them my documents, however I did not receive any confirmation email. I went to live chat and they told me that financial department is rewieving my documents. They did that for 7 days. After one week I received 600€ without any explanation. When I met wager requirements no amount was deducted and I was able to withdraw whole amount.

    They have promotion terms and conditions on their website. They try to enforce their rule that I am entitle to six time the value of my deposit. They have this rule for signup bonus and nodeposit bonus. But not for reload bonus. In their promotion terms and conditions you cannot see that I am entitle to six time the value of my deposit.

    When I address my email to their manager, I received simple reply:

    As our terms and conditions states, you are only entitle to six time the value of your deposit .
    Please read the following coming from our terms and conditions:

    Where a Sign-Up Bonus has been granted to you, subject to you being required to have met all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. All progressive jackpot wins are exempt from this clause. Casino Management may not exercise this clause in some instances.

    He is applying to their signup bonus. This was not signup bonus. And even for signup bonus this rule is ridiculous.

    In my opinion I received 6200€ less that I should get, I did not break any rules etc. I cannot be satisfied with their service at all. I think their act is very harsh and intolerable and I would like to ask what other people here think? Also what does their casino rep Maurice and Colin think about this? They are posting here about their great experiences in online gambling and how they treat their players fairly and how reputable this casino is. However, I am missing 6200€.
