    All theses new regulations and responsible gaming rubbish, I have noticed that all the sites coming from ipsalderney sites, including betuk, pink casino, slotto, slotaway and all the rest and bingo sites have cleared all the stats, the achievements on slots like Immortal Romance,
    After I spoke to live chat I was told there is nothing that can be done, I said abit of compo wouldn't go a miss, 2 seconds later the same old story (sorry I canot give you a bonus)

    Thats the last bloody straw, I gave up playing many of there sites and stuck to slotaway but just the last few days they have changed there rules again, Wager requirement is now D&B even with a small bonus, Ever since day one all they have done is changed rules, At first it was impossible to play a game, error after error, Who remembers them ones lol, Since than nothing but changes,

    I do not know whats involved with this new implement auto play etc, but other sites my stats are just fine? I think instead of doing any work as there all clueless from that group they have just said f&ck the players and just re add the games with everything implemented, This goes to show how much they care for there players,

    We spend alot of money building up theses pick a feature just for twats to take them all away? I am sorry but its not good enough, They could not give a sh*t about players, I know there was a site a few weeks back that actually sent an email out when this was going to happen, I forgot what site now but I bet Jon M can remember as we talked about it,

    So what do you think about this, Is it allowed? Should players be compensated? are casinos that do this just taking the jimy? Because I tell you something I am not happy,

    NO WARNING, NO COMPO, NO EXPLANATION, Oh and to piss me off even more what most of she said was templated,

    This repeated wiping of achievements is getting ridiculous, and may actually be a violation of RG guidelines as each time stats are wiped, players have to earn them back through "chasing" behaviour simply to restore their achievements to where they left off. Any game feature that prompts "chasing" behaviour is against the rules.

    Wiping other stats may violate other rules that require gambling sites to keep track of players' wagers, and give players the ability to review their history.

    In their enthusiasm to adhere to one set of UKGC rules, they may have broken others.

    Achievements are valueless, there is no point in building them up if they are going to be wiped randomly and often by casinos, who don't seem to see a problem with this.

    Yes I totally agree that in this case, as usual, MG and IPS Alderney could not give a toss about the players. They just want you to deposit deposit deposit and chase the "achievements" again.

    If they did care about the players it surely would not have been so hard to give the casinos the ability on the back end to manually re-add paytable achievements. I mean they can do anything else they want. But no, they wont do that as it would stop players chasing again.

    I am in total agreement with you here. Not just when they get wiped but in general. With these "acheivements" that mean not very much in reality for the players (they might not affect RTP but you can choose your variance I guess when you unlock the choose your bonus round ability) they absolutely encourage chasing play to open them. I would suggest this I extremely borderline with the RG rules as you described. I am also of the opinion this, and the whole thing of trying to make gambling online like video games, is ethically wrong from MG and the casinos.

    Of course looking at something like this might have shown some real understanding from the UKGC but no, we can only autoplay 100 spins instead :rolleyes:

    I do indeed remember sir, It was Leo Vegas IIRC and they were in the process of providing compensation to affected players, whether this compensation was worthwhile I could not say as luckily (or should that be unluckily) my LV account was not affected.

    The casino group you talk of now in OP are a cowboy outfit IMO, nowt but lag and disconnections, this is why the one night I lost the pot and went against my own golden rule No1. of 'never close an account'

    I since posted (again RG related, not sure how long back but was this year) how they had approached me with a bride of 50FS if I went to support and asked them to re-open my account (possible not an issue as my account was closed for none RG related issues)

    This e-mail has arrived again this week and although they have a decent selection of slots, I wouldn't play there again as these type of errors and continued reloading of games drive me insane!

    They (IMO) are a bunch of money grabbing 'customer comes last' set up and although nothing to do with, I can't help thinking 'Cassava' every time I see them mentioned.

    Remember they closed 7-8 of my bingo accounts for no reason a few years back?? - Balances were paid but I never found out why. maybe I forgot my lucky pants when I was daubing :rolleyes:
