State laws about online wagers??

I recently discovered that in my state it is illegal for anyone to accept wagers via the internet from Arizona, something to do with the state lottery laws.

Question is, why would an online casino accept wagers from this state??

Answers your question. The casinos are not governed by those state laws.
Some casino's such as Lassetters phrobit certain state residents such as Indiana etc.

They'll take your play.. but you'd better worry if you win alot of money. They may use it as a way to get out of paying you.
