Starluck and I had three live transcripts in which i was promised the return of my money, assured that it was being proccessed and would be in my checking account in two days, and told that of course everything said in the transcripts was true, because no-one from starluck would lie to me. Three different agents wrote these and said they got the information from the casino manager Bill. Well, that was Aug.26th and I have yet to see any of it. Now when I go to live chat I am immediatly hung up on and NO-ONE answers a single e-mail of mine. They LIED and I want them to keep their word.......
