GOOD NEWS!
I sent a letter to the Manager, Mr. Fisher and the problem was taken care of. The 7200.00 has been deposited plus something added in for my troubles. From now on I am stop depending on people that answer the live help lines because they never know night from day with the exception of a few. I have to give them credit. Mr. Fisher hadn't even heard about my problem until the letter finally reached management. Then I received a call first thing this morning and the case hase been resolved.

Whilst I am delighted that you have been paid at last, and kudos to Starluck for finally doing the right thing, I find it hard to believe that a member of management was "not aware" of a delayed $7 200 payout!
