I just have have to say any and I mean many casinos online all pay you in most cases in time. But you do have some that over look this and it takes forever.I look at it this way if you play online and you know you have money in the bank and not in your hands in 4 to 6 hours that's less for you to play in some other place.I myself would spend it if I can get it fast in my eyes that's a great time to stop if im ahead.
And most I knew got paid fast if they had paypal or neteller or whatever.and to tell you the truth I rather get it in my mailbox and not in my neteller acct or any of them. and that takes longer.
I say if you can't bank it don't gamble.or if you don't have it why spend it

I joined & played there last year, and the phone contact is needed for the first withdrawal, but they phoned me as I had given them the number. Another oddity was that cash-out is actually a 2 stage process (then anyway). Cashing out from the casino software only puts the money in the E-Cash account, if you are waiting days check that the money has actually been sent on and is not sitting there waiting to be actioned. You must then log into that to send it on it's way to where you want it. The main reason I stopped was problematical software, but Microgaming now has far worse problems, and these get worse each time new games are released. My main concern with Starluck was a post that stated that the software loses bets, and often will re-deal a duplicate (losing?) hand and take another bet from you.
If the software has improved I may give it another shot, they certainly have a good tournament system. Casino-on-net, probably the most reputable group, has NEVER worked on my PC, but strangely Reef Club (same software) works fine.

I had played at this casino for more than a year .had deposited more than 2000 usd and withdrew 500usd till now except my last one was 2000usd original and waiting for cashout for 15 days i have it to 1800usd now and they say it will be done on 8th and i am tempting to avoid touchingmy computer

its also in slots couple months back they came with this new slot games where if u have a bet of 0.90 or 2.25 usd and all of sudden a new screen pop up as some won has won a rando jack pot if you close the window and keep on playing you may be wagering 4.5usd per click and by the time u check it it eat away quiet a few dollars .

Am actually talking about Partybingo here but I believe they're essentially the same site (share all the same slots, same customer support, same bonus codes and pop-ups all over the Partybingo site asking if you want to download Starluck, and same banking system).

Anyhows, I deposited $100 on Partybingo last week for their 200% bonus, was fortunate with it and had an $1150 balance when I finished wagering requirements, so withdrew. That was almost a week ago, and they've told me it'll take till September 10th (ie another week with one already passed) till they send my money through to Ezecash for processing. From there another 24-48 hours before Ezecash process it, and another 3-4 days before it'll be refunded to my card.

Partybingo make a big deal about fast payouts on their website, but that cashout is going to take 2-3 weeks, which I think the longest I've ever had to wait to get paid on any site. Now I'm not saying they won't pay me, I'm assuming they will, but I'm not too happy about having to wait so long after they promoted their speedy payouts so heavily. In any event, I guess my experience is different from the lightning quick banking everyone else seems to be receiving.

i did not have wagering requirement but still its 15 days form now when it will be processed and then 2 days to the bank so roughly 17- 20 days

Again a problem with starluck, but I didnt want to open a new thread.

Just wanted to tell you what has happened to me at starluck casino a few minutes ago.

I played kangacash videopoker in the no download section with very low stakes ($0.50), and finally I triggered this feature with a straight (that was $2 win). but then (normally the feature should load now) a black screen and no feature.
this has happened to me quite often in the last weeks, so I thought no problem, lets go to the livechat and they should clear the game for me.
I`ve done so 2 times already today and it was no problem.

but this time it was a problem, because they just said that I have no feature triggered. I said that I had a straight and then - as always - the feature didn`t load. answer: you had no feature in the last round. one thing that was really funny was the following:

I wrote that I have a problem with the feature. normally now the support asks me to stay online so that they can check the account and the game log. and know what? nothing of that came...no 3 seconds after I described my problem the answer "you had no feature" came. It seems to me that they really waited for me, because I had the same problem 2 times before.

I just wanted to make this public because as long as its only $0.50 perhaps noone of you gives a sh** about that. but I think that the whole procedure and the fact that they are telling lies because of a $2 win (without the feature) is really absurd.
It just makes me think of the question: what if they tried the same lie when I play $10 stakes or higher?

My Conclusio: I will never touch this casino again!
