    impossible to cashout !!!! i deposit some $ ,play and try to cashout but impossible, i used any bonus just my money .
    -first they told me to send them my id papers ,i send them it but now they want i contact them by phone !!!!!!! hey what's this casino !!!!! i try to contact them by phone but the number from france don't works ,so i resent them an email saying i can't phone them and the reply i get ? you must phone the casino before your cashin is process it's the only issues to get your money !! !!!! they have my id card , a utility bill and i used just my money and they refused to transfert my winning in my neteller account !!!!

    Starluck and their sister casinos are one of the fastest when it comes to payouts (apart from the 8 hour waiting period after deposits), but you're right, they require a phone call for verification. If their support number doesn't work for you, send them a mail with yours and they get back to you in minutes.

    I couldn't agree more!
    Starluck was one of the worst casino's I've ever used! The graphics were shite, the game fairness 'highly suspect', and they changed the wagering requirements AFTER I had already made my deposit.
    I can't comment on their payout performance because their software stole all my credit before I got that far!

    I don't understand it, because they are linked to one of the best Poker sites on the net - Empire Poker!

    But the casino was rubbish (in June 2003) - don't go there!

    Starluck and its sister casino Planetluck were the first two casinos that I
    played. I have no bad words to say for them. I even somehow cheated
    Planetluck casino and they were so friendly that they let me claim the
    first deposit bonus two times. Only positives words for them. I cannot
    believe that you told them to call you and they didn't answer back to
    you. Try their live chat feature. Tell them you want to talk to a supervisor.

    After your rant, potentially damaging their business, especially with the title of your thread you did get your money exactly when they said you would after calling for verification. The casino did nothing wrong, as their terms are that you phone to verify your account. This is the problem with people running right to the boards and stating things like 'xxxx casino does not pay, do not play' Now when anyone does internet searches for problems with this casino they will see your thread, possibly deterring them from playing. You say
    but it is not impossible to cash out if you follow their rules. You started this thread and then one day later after blasting them you received your money, because you did what you were supposed to do.

    Excellent point Blackjack. A person shouldn't post at boards before giving the site a little time. If you are concerned perhaps you should contact one of the webmasters of a gambling portal. Most (such as us) are willing to explain the situation to you or contact the site in question.

    A more appropriate title for the post would have been: "How do I cashout at Starluck?"

    I have been promoting Starluck and Planetluck etc. for some time and all feedback I have had is positive.

    If you like VP or slots, they have some really fun features.

    Their software is constantly improving, and they are definitely unique.

    Starluck is alright with me. First withdraw did take a phonecall. Now any requerst is done fast. Play at Planetluck too. Yesterday a Starluck baseball cap arrived in my mail. I always like gifts =)
    Starluck and Planetluck also drop $5 or $10 in my account ever once in awhile. Was able to cash out $75 with one of those.

    sorry guys but before i post this message i 'd try to cashout since 4 days ,i spend 2 days to know why they didn't want transfert my money,finaly they said they need my id cards and a utility bill,so i sent them this docs but my emails was blocked each time (thank you aol !) ,after they get my docs i received an email saying i must phone them to validate my account ,the number i got in their email was wrong and didn't works from France,after many email and several chats i got another phone number .a good one this time ,
    so it's was very long.and their rules are the same than acesclub ,planetluck and other iglobalmedia casinos and with these casinos i never never do that to get my first winning ! so guys keep cool !!!!!! :cool:

    Starluck is the only casino that I have ever won any large amounts of money from. They were the first casino that I played when I started playing online(2002) and still today is the only one that I will actually deposit at and actually expect to win And get paid.

    If you check around the message boards, you don't see them mentioned or complaints about players not getting paid or the other complaints that you usually read about.

    They have excellent customer service either via live chat or by phone. Problems that I have come across usually are resolved immediate by someone in customer support that have handled my account in the past that I can ask for this person by name.

    And yes, they often credit your account with nice bonuses here and there for all kinds of occasions. So, in conclusion, IMHO, this is no rogue casino, they do pay your winnings as we have seen in this premature complaint, which really was not neccessary. If we would just read and follow the conditions of play just like we want the casinos to deliver a fair and just game, there would be no need for us to rush to conclusions and unjustly assume that we should not play at a particular casino.

As much as I cannot actually talk on behalve of ALL the casino's, I figure that they operate in pretty much a similar way.     I do not know why you guys always say sturluck is the best.
    starluck took away my bonus during play in a very unfriendly way, even the support was very unfriendly. I haven't seen a timeframe hint for the bonus on their website.

    Sometimes it's just a matter of perceptions.
    I can just say that I deposited $ 50 and cashed out $ 250. The money was in my neteller account in less than 2 hours (and it was my first transaction).
    They also gave me a voucher for a $ 10 slot freeroll: won it and now I'll have a $ 50 freeroll. Do not expect to win but this is fun. It is not that I'm happy because I won: this helps of course, but the experience there was a nice one under every point of view.
    In any case I'm conscious that other players might have different experiences...

    I wouldn't waste your time, Petunia, nice idea though it is.
    I am always willing to give advice to 'newbies' as well. But it is clear from the number of posts just to this site, that loads of them don't take the few minutes required to read the T&C's - even though they have to check a box when they sign up, confirming they have read and agree to them.
    What makes you think they are going to spend any time at all looking for your site, and reading more than 2 lines of your good advice?
