    Starluck Casino Is Ok !!!!

    Greetings, my dear friends!
Everybody take a look, suggestions are welcome.

    Here is my story:

All you know that I've been playing on-line for a long time but recently I've encountered some strange service. I always strive for customer care and search new sites constantly, and once I decided to try StarLuck.
I first time it seemed like a solid place. I spent some balance there and was really surprised to win of 5500 USD I'm a lucky guy though.
But when I tried to get my money back, they just suspended my account!
I called 6 times (long distance calls), sent scans of my documents 5 times to all the e-mails (efax@ezecash.com, This email is not visible to you., This email is not visible to you., This email is not visible to you.), provided all my secure information, but they just kept saying they can't do anything with my order not specifying any reasons for that.
They even told that my number is disconnected and is not working
    That's something new with me.
What are you suggestions? Did anybody have some experience with StarLuck? I need your advise guys.

My problem was solved in a highly professional and dilligent manner. There were some problems on my side with my phone and they were worried for my financial security. Thanks to those guys. Use their service!

I play at Starluck and Planetluck. Their payouts to Neteller are very fast and you can cash in 8 hours after your last deposit. I found both customer service departments to be very professional and friendly. I like their loyalty levels and even get nice surprise emails from Mr. William Carter at Starluck with nice little $10 and $25 nuggets added to my account (and I am not a high roller)

Although, I have never cashed out the nice prize like you did :) that's a nice chunk of change and congrats!

I'm confused though....they did follow thru on the transaction? I am assuming that they just wanted to confirm with you by telephone before they made the cashout to ensure security?

Seems it worked out then - I've always found the service there is good except for one minor phone scam: they always send an e-mail telling you they couldn't get through to you and asking you to call them instead. I know they didn't try as I was by my phone both times it happened - but just ask them and they'll actually call you. I suppose it's just a way of trying to cut down the phone bills...

Why would they want to call players? Never heard that one before although I have played here.

The company that processes their transactions phoned for 'voice confirmation' when I first signed up at two of the casinos. They then processed withdrawals very quickly, so I've got no complaints.
