Here is my story:
All you know that I've been playing on-line for a long time but recently I've encountered some strange service. I always strive for customer care and search new sites constantly, and once I decided to try StarLuck.
I first time it seemed like a solid place. I spent some balance there and was really surprised to win of 5500 USD I'm a lucky guy though.
But when I tried to get my money back, they just suspended my account!
I called 6 times (long distance calls), sent scans of my documents 5 times to all the e-mails (efax@ezecash.com, efax@pay-pro.com, info@ezecash.com, ts@pay-pro.com), provided all my secure information, but they just kept saying they can't do anything with my order not specifying any reasons for that.
They even told that my number is disconnected and is not working
That's something new with me.
What are you suggestions? Did anybody have some experience with StarLuck? I need your advise guys.
My problem was solved in a highly professional and dilligent manner. There were some problems on my side with my phone and they were worried for my financial security. Thanks to those guys. Use their service!
