stargames support, where?

    I was searching the net for novoline casino games because i love book of rar. I was playing alot at sky vegas although i have had massive good luck there and many cash outs it really couldnt continue so i needed a new platform. I came across stargames couldnt find any negative feedback on the net so i gave them a try. Big mistake no customer support you email them and they take up to 3 weeks to respond. I paid in £40 won £100 cashed out first problem they would let me cash £100 they took a fee and then paid £1.80 back into my account for some reason leaving me only £97 and the point of that is? answers on a postcard. then they asked for id which i provided they took 2 days to accept it then proceed to tell me it would take 10 days for them to process my withdrawal (to neteller!) nothing more was said i patiently waited the 10 days nothing on the 11th day i contacted them to find out whats going on and when to expect my money 3 days later still no reply to that so i send another email stating that there is no sign of my money you are not responding to my emails if i do not get a response within 24 hours i will have to take this issue up with the gaming commission to which i got a reply within an hour even though they had still not replied to my previous mail sent 3 days before! here is their reply notice they dont even use my name to address me.

    due to a chargeback risk with your creditcard payments your payout will be processed after the
    8th of september 2012.

    I used to play at stargames and i can say that the support is more or less non existing.
    Takes for ages to get a reply,but the do pay so that part is ok.

    the win streak i was having at sky vegas couldn't carry on its probability! your not just going to keep winning and winning are you? and as far as the chargeback issue your guess is as good as mine ive never heard anything like that!

    Yes thats true Support not existing in Stargames. And this is very strange becose Stargames is big casino they give a lot money for promoting this brands in web - they have a lot players - they pay usually in time - and they are trust good casino.

    But why they dont offered live support help and only idea to contact with them is send email BUT...... they answer this email with long time. somtimes few days.. So im cant understand this why they dont offered live support help for Players ??? This is very good questions.

    I could not agree more! Good games, many players, high payout - but almost no support at all. The answer the phone, but only says to e-mail them (wich I've done 10 times..) This is starting to be very annoying..

    He was withdrawing to Neteller, and as well you know, you cannot use a Neteller card for gambling purposes, unless ofc he deposited using a different CC, but then that would not be the good old fashioned withdrawals via your deposit method that most casinos have in force :).

    So maybe your IBN was premature my friend, just maybe :p.
