I was searching the net for novoline casino games because i love book of rar. I was playing alot at sky vegas although i have had massive good luck there and many cash outs it really couldnt continue so i needed a new platform. I came across stargames couldnt find any negative feedback on the net so i gave them a try. Big mistake no customer support you email them and they take up to 3 weeks to respond. I paid in £40 won £100 cashed out first problem they would let me cash £100 they took a fee and then paid £1.80 back into my account for some reason leaving me only £97 and the point of that is? answers on a postcard. then they asked for id which i provided they took 2 days to accept it then proceed to tell me it would take 10 days for them to process my withdrawal (to neteller!) nothing more was said i patiently waited the 10 days nothing on the 11th day i contacted them to find out whats going on and when to expect my money 3 days later still no reply to that so i send another email stating that there is no sign of my money you are not responding to my emails if i do not get a response within 24 hours i will have to take this issue up with the gaming commission to which i got a reply within an hour even though they had still not replied to my previous mail sent 3 days before! here is their reply notice they dont even use my name to address me.
