Stargames Scummers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi Everyone!

    In the end of the August this year I started my story with Stargames.net. They verified my data and I started to play poker with pretty good results.

    First 10-15 cashouts and deposits everything was ok. I was playing nl250 and nl500, also 6 max with the same buy-ins/bets.

    Around a week ago server kicked me out during the game. I tried to log in again and then message appears: "Your player account is blocked, please contact support team to get more info".

    Of course I wrote to them immediately: "Hi I was playing poker with stargames and then there was a problem... ( I wrote about the lost connection and displayed information ).

    They replied me very quickley: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your message, Your account was blocked because you broke the rules which are in use on stargames.net. Also we will not allow you to transfer the money from stargames account. You are permanently banned now.

    Your support team"

    I was shocked, this is my reply: "Hello again, I read all the rules which are in use on stargames and I'm sure that this is a mistake. I have no idea what rule I broke, could you tell me ?"

    Stargames replied: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your quick answer. We will not provide you reason of your ban. We also want to remind you about point rule J. - "Both sides can at any time cancel the contract with no notice period/immediately without giving a reason". We will not change this rule in your case. Your account is blocked and you can't play anymore. Support team gave you all informations so it will be no answers for your further questions.

    Now my few sentences to you guys. I really didn't do anything to deserv this ban. Stargames grabbed my money completely without any reason.

    I'm waiting for Stargames to solve this problem or:
    - I will make a complaint to the LGA
    - I will share this story everywhere I can, especially in Polish poker community.
    As a player with big experience I'm very dissapointed. Years of playing poker, and first time story like that.

    I tried to translate quotations of emails the best I could. My first language is polish so I spoke with Stargames in polish language.

    As a proof I attached some screenshots with mail conversations with Stargames.

    Did you have any similar problems with Stargames?

    What else can I do in this situation?
