    I love to play at Stargames, but on the 27th of december i made a witdrawal, this was not my first so my account was already verrifyed. After withdrawal i received the standard email, for processing, but since then, nothing. So i write them an email, but all i get is a standard reply, that they will answer as quick as possible.
    At first i thought, well with the holidays and all, the money will be in my skrill acc later, but now it is 10 working days already, and no money so far, neither any emailreply from them. Maybe Nicole Sims can tell me something????
    I also send an pm to Nicole, and hope she will respond to that, i will let it know here.

    I find out a couple of days ago, start playing and also won some :) and although it was my first witdrawal, i had the money within 48 hours. Great casino were i am going to play more.

    Today is 9 January, all possible holidays comes to be end.

    Fyi I have had to wait over 2 weeks for Star Games withdrawals. Their support is horrible. The Novo games choice is the best though - so it's swings and roundabouts.

    Yesterday i received an email from CS payment was processed but could take up to 14 working days due to banking holidays.

    today received an email that payment was finally done......and yes the money is in my skrill account.

    Stargame was given a chance to become accreditation but they failed to meet some of critical list last year by October and was taken off the list. That was decision made by Casinomeister. Disappointed to see that happen. I haven't touch Stargame at all yet though. Quasar probably be better off with.

    Slow pays,horrible slow and rude CS.

    Yeah they have the whole Novo library but what good is it if you have to deal with a bad casino management.
    If you have a dispute you are basicly on your own.

    Played there few years ago.
    Won't even come close to that crowd anymore.

    The best Question is Why they dont wonna add Live chat ?

    Stargames =

    1. The biggest list of Novomatic slots in web casinos a lot new games every month.
    2. The Best bonuses with very easy bonus rulez

    3. Very bad support - they dont have live chat and they email support is very poor qualify - slow answer or dont answer in email questions...
    4. Poor withdrawal time - one week in e-wallet or 2 weeks for wire is very poor time.


    Summary - They mangament and owners this place is very strange with their decision - They have great place for players who like play in novomatic slots , they offered good bonuses , they have very good advertisement in web and got every days weeks a lot new players so why they lose reputations only becose they have extreme Poor support team ? and poor withdrawal time.......Strange is very easy fix bad things in this place but they dont care?

    Because i write my problems here with Stargames, i feel i also need to do so when it is good news :)
    I still play at Stargames and again i won some. I did expect to wait for at least 10 days or so, but guess what......thay payed within 24 hours :thumbsup:
