I've heard they charge €€€ for moneybookers withdrawal, can someone confirm that?
Yes, it's a minimum of €1 per withdrawal.
It's in their T&Cs:
4. For payouts the company shall charge a fee of €1 that will be retained from the transferred amounts. The processing fee for making a withdrawal depends on the payment system selected by the user.

5. For the cancellation and return of an already completed payment, the company shall charge a fee of €12.

6. For each reminder relating to a payment return the company shall charge a fee of €4.

7. For the deletion of a cash account the company shall charge a fee of €3.

For MoneyBookers it will be a €1 fee (I just checked!).

I've sent 8 emails to them and none have been answered for 3+ weeks. This is a huge joke of a casino in so many ways. Terms are poorly written and self-contradictory. Sending emails about winners who've won €500 should say something about the size of this Mickey Mouse operation.

Processing a claim for a bonus €2
Updating the software €2
Requesting progress towards WR €5
Replying to an enquiry €5 (bet that would speed things up:D)
Supplying play history €5
Investigating a dispute €25 (waived if the casino is at fault)
Sending software on CD €10
 
I received my payment today - with the assistance of the Moneybookers VIP team, who contacted the casino on my behalf. Many thanks to them for their help :D

LoL ...don't even joke like that, some casinos make take that seriously :D (especially investigating the dispute part :rolleyes:)
 
Sorry about this. Their rep is AWOL, and they have not shown interest on maintaining their "Accreditation".

Looks like it's going to be suspended until they get it together.
 
Hmmm strange. I know many guys from Stargames personally and really like them... guess it's more Novomatic not wanting to be involved too much in uhm... yeah :p
 
Has there been any updates on Stargames in the meantime, would love to play the Novomatic games again, but not willing to risk not getting paid if I am so lucky as to win
 
yep the security has been increased! you cannot longer seen the names of

other players!!and the winnerslist is removed from the casino site !! :rolleyes:

too many people have complained that they can see their login name !!!

wow this is bad, i was gonna sign up here cos i like playing lucky ladys charm. I thought to search casinomeister first on them and see this thread, no chance I am depositing now :(
 
I have playd many times in this Casino. But i have no issuses and payd me quickly. When you not have multiple accounts etc, than is all fine. When you not VIP, than is the withdrawtime longer. I have good exerience with this casino, but many others not so. But yet i not can play again, because my location is yet restriktet for all novoliner... : (
