Starburst win not credited

Funny thing happened earlier today at Energy casino. I was down to my last few cents, so went to Starburst to clear the balance.
Last spin, 6 coins on 1 line, I hit 5OAK for € 3 but the win never made it to the balance. This is the screenshot of that win,
arrow pointing to zero balance.

Contacted support, they checked and credited. But I mean, never seen anything like this

Yes.

Actually I am chatting to them at the moment, they messed up something and that balance is not playable.
It is showing in my cashier, but when I load any game it disappears. Man, this day gets better and better.

It made me think as well. I noticed because, well, it was my last spin, but any other time I beat that on quickspin without really looking at the balance.
(as far as the smaller wins are concerned, like 3OAK). It is possible this happened before but I never saw that.

This happens if the bet made is made up of real credit and credits received from a free spins promo the system does not know where to put it and it doesnt credit you i had the same thing on wonky rabbits last spin 11 cent real credit and 19 cents from bonus spins had a $10 win and it never showed lucky i had a screenshot and support fixed me up after a few emails.

Thanks for the info. There were no free spins involved in my case. I had a bonus though, but I usually do, and it never happened before.

Just to update, my balance is still not playable. I know it's obviously not the top of their priorities, but it'll soon be 24 hrs.
Got a reply late yesterday evening that the IT dept is looking at the issue

Surprised they need a day at least to fix a silly € 3.
