Welcome back Stargames! They were listed here for about a year or so before their casino rep went AWOL. Well, we now have Nicole who has been involved in the industry for years - and she is going to be the main point of contact for SG. Fast tracked to 30 days

Star Games is powered by GreenTube and hosts Novomatic and a wide selection of platforms in many languages - Casino, Live Games, Skill Games, Poker. Try them out here:

Novomatic slots are probably my favourite, so this is good news. Used to play the physical slots a lot when I lived in Moscow, before Putin shut all the casinos!

Couple of years ago, had a silly streak with Quasar gaming where I won 23k Euros in about 7 hours on Novomatic. Put some of it back, but still had a healthy withdrawal.

Greetings from Nicole at StarGames

We are happy to be here on the Baptist by Fire, I look forward to hearing your experiences with StarGames.

Have a great weekend!

Good to see you making come back. :) I used to play that casino back then. I was sorry to see that went down back then I remember. Now its good to see that is coming back. So I hope it stays that way and keep improving. Those slots were cool!

One of the best suppliers for fans of Novomaticslots.
Played there for a good while and they are fast with processing payouts and they have a nice loyaltyprogramm in place.
So I would defo tell people to play there.
Unfortunatelly I am unable to play there anymore because of an issue months ago which resulted eventually in my account to close.
No worries,nothing weird happened!! :D

If the new rep. Nicole could have a look into this I am more than happy to PM her the details.
Love to come back,I was a loyal customer and I realy enjoyed the games.

Quasargaming is a good 2nd place for Novomatic fans, still play there.

Novomaticslots have huge payout potentials on the bonusgames and therefore very popular.

Cheers,

Mark.

I played at Star Games very recently. I have to say the content is very good but I will not consider ever playing there again. Despite winning there!

I felt alienated, I sent 3 emails to confirm my withdrawal had been accepted, nothing. I expect a casino to offer a live chat facility. Its such a shame in my eyes, for a community driven site the customer service just isnt up to scratch, this has been mentioned by others in the past!

If you could get live support up and running, along with more regular promotions then you may well tempt me back!

Just to clarify, Upon requesting a withdrawal an email was sent to me instantly, saying my account had been locked and wasn't able to play until it had been verified. I sent them ID straight away, received absolutely no reply, no acknowledgement and my winnings was paid around 10 days later, Im still not too clear if my account is locked.

Just my experience of the site. :)

IMO that is appalling and will have to change lickety-split if they have any hope of becoming Accredited.

Have to pay to Play for Free....Yikes!

Could someone please explain the logic behind this? If I am going to make a deposit, I intend to use that deposit to play for real, not to buy some Stars so I can P4F.

If I can't P4F for free to test the games, then this casino loses its appeal very fast indeed.

Hi JuicyFruit,

When you register on StarGames you will receive 5000 Stars to test the games for free. You would be surprised, but we do have players just buying stars to our play games, it isn't for everyone but we do have that option available.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Kind regards,

Nicole Sims

Again, IMO this a very bad "look" for a casino wanting to become accredited.

Charging for "play for free/test" credits is an appalling practice in my book. It preys on the desperate gambler who has few funds available and wants to keep playing your games.

An ethical operator would not allow this charade to continue.

No way would I support the accreditation of Star whilst they have this policy/function, as it is purely designed to take advantage of players by making them pay for what should be, and in 99.99% of cases IS, totally FREE.

How an operator can sit back and accept these people's money for absolutely NOTHING is beyond me and has turned me right off your casino....possibly for good.

This concept of playing a free game and then the option of buying plays or points to play a slot to another level is rife on the social networks and has even trickled down to school children who have access to it (read all) it’s not gambling of course it’s merely a game that can have add-ons that require a purchase. I know not quite on topic but the present can be an indicator of the future.

For the adults amongst us in some crazy strange way I can see the buying of free plays working, I could imagine a person that has a gambling problem or a bad run who does not want to completely give up the "hit" buying the illusion of the "hit" and getting it by way of a controlled method that may well work, free spins have no intelligent hit on the brain but a paid model that would reinforce the fact that in the long term you are merely buying entertainment could make entrenched and hardened gamblers realise the folly of their efforts.

Most probably not though perhaps just a way to low roll until they have sufficient funds to bet back at the level they are accustomed to.
I fear for the future in some ways, slots on social networks breed a quick get rich train of thought that isn’t ever going to happen but for the fortunate few.

You can dilute wine but given enough consumption it still has the same effect. Let's not confuse these things please....

Hello Nicole,

Can you please tell me if you have any plans to...

- setup live support
- free withdrawals
- speedier withdrawals

Its such a shame as Novomatic make some excellent games :)

Be careful with Stargames. Its not a secret that every casino are cheaters, but stargames, is one of the biggest. Sign up, deposit and get the bonus. Then play games like book of ra, you will MAYBE win a bit. Cashout, deposit again > you will win nothing. For example book of ra, you will sure get sometimes get freespins, but they dont pay anything. Im not playing there often, and i didnt lost much there, but you will see yourself how its going there. Also after maybe 30 mins the slots are going boring. everytime you play there, you will think someones is watching you and let you loose.

oh Nifty, don't be silly. These things are determined by 'intuition' and 'feelings'. That's how Bryan makes the rogue list when he hasn't a coin handy

Sorry to say so but although I agree their customer support needs a wee upgrade, faster responses and a live chat option, this casino is defo not rogue in my humble opinion. That's a serious acusition.
I have played with them for roughly 2 years and never had any issues regarding payouts and defo never questioned the RTP on their games.
They are what they are, very high variant but when they hit they hit well.

One of my biggest ever online wins was actually on Stargames on Book of Ra.. ;)
At the time I hit a €2500.00 Euro spin on the free spins with highest paying character being expanding wild.
I had loads of 1k+ payouts, mostly in my Moneybookersaccount within 48 hours, except weekends as they do not do weekend payouts as far as I know.

But it is lame to question their credibility as big wins are as much possible with them as with any other casino, just as big as the chances you lose your deposits.

Just my 2 cents,Mark. :D

I would definitely disagree with the following statement:

Its not a secret that every casino are cheaters

Moreover, by saying that, you are calling every casino rep a liar IMO. And this is just plain rude.

really enjoying novomatic slots lately so decided to take the plunge and make a deposit at star games. I was a bit concerned after reading a few posts/comments about their support being non responsive and cash out times being a little slow (their t&c's also mention something abut Transfers are normally completed within 10 business days which was a slight cause for concern) but my experience was also positive. I sent my docs in to have my account verified prior to making any withdrawal requests and received a response confirming my docs had been received and my account verified within a matter of hours. After quite a few times of busting out i finally managed to make a cash out for a $1000. I requested the withdrawal yesterday afternoon and was more than pleasantly surprised to find the withdrawal already in my moneybookers account this morning.

i will definitely be depositing there again
