Stanley Casinos Documents

I requested a withdrawal on Wed from this casino and also sent the documents needed on this day. It's now Saturday and I have not heard any feedback from them. I already called them a couple of times between Wed and today, but all customer service could say it is being processed.

I've read on this forum that this casino has a good reputation. My only question from everybody who has dealt with them is, does it take this long to complete the initial verification of documents?

Thats' strange! I played at Crockfords and I didn't need to send ANY documents.
CS was excellent when I phoned them.
Never had a problem collecting fromthem.

They probably asked me to send documents because I have a US address and my I.P. is in Japan. I always have to explain to on line casinos about my situation. Being in the military, we have the Postal Service Center address that is located in California.

Stanley is a brick and mortar casino in the UK which also has the online casino operation. I doubt they are trying to take your money and run.

I know they have a well established operation and have a good name. It's just that I'm getting impatient waiting.

Same story here. Waiting for my money more than a week already. Still almost sure that i get paid.

Crockfords owes my son $80 which he cashed out on Friday. Robby at CS said that their accounting department does not do cashouts over the weekends and his money would be in his Neteller on Monday for sure.
I don't know why you're having trouble?

Nope, I do my gambling during off duty. I have a regular job, 0730-1630, Mon-Fri.

When I first signed up with Crockfords/Stanley they required me to sign a credit card declaration and provide ID and my credit card statement. I sent these to them and have had no problems at all.
